Breakfast: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Would I return? Definitely DH and I like Mexican for breakfast, but didnt want to drive to the other side of town for our typical spot. We decided to try La Fiesta because its close. The restaurant is next to the Eagles club and somewhat shares a parking lot, so if its busy in the morning, theres plenty of parking. Upon entry, you notice that the inside is as small as it looks on the outside. There are nearly a dozen tables to choose from and booths lining two walls. The sign told us to wait to be seated, but we decided to go with the flow of customers who entered after us and seat ourselves. There were not many customers. The menu has no frills and contained breakfast items typically found at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the huevos a la Mexicana with corn tortillas. The food came quickly and was hot. The food was initially what I expected and the sauce a little runny, but after my first taco, the flavors changed. The undertones of the food came out. Everything was well seasoned and the sauce enhances the flavors greatly. The corn tortillas were amazing as well. The service, however, was very "hands off." We saw the waitress for the drink order, food order, and food delivery. When we finished eating, we prebussed our table and waited for the ticket that never came. After some time, walked to the register to get it.

1 waitress on a Sunday morning. 2 kids trying to help. The kids were eating until someone came in then they would take customers their drink order. Didnt wash their hands before serving customers. I noticed several times that the kids would grab customers glasses around the rims. As far as the breakfast goes not worth the $9 I paid for mine. I ordered 2 eggs, beans, potatoes, and steak. The steak was 6 bite size pieces of fajita meat, and the potatoes were not completely cooked. We also ordered a doz. tamales to go. They were ok. Probably wont go back. Husband was ok with his meal. Son didnt like his scrambled eggs.

The service was great, however the food was tasteless and bland. From the salsa to the refried beans every bite was as disappointing as the one before it. I visited on a Friday for lunch and the place was empty except for a very nice waitress and an exceptionally loud television. They do serve beer though and Wi-Fi is available so theres always that!

Im never disappointed when I go here for lunch. Taste and food quality is all relative. Whats good for one may be gross to another. The service is friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable. Good, authentic Mexican food.
