Worst Potbelly in the metro. The employees all were very snarky and didnt even respond to a thank you. Ordered a chocolate shake only to get a vanilla one then upon bringing it back up to explain what happened the employee looked at us confused and said "What? Do you want me to make another?". That second shake was even worse. Never returning to this potbelly again. Worst customer service ever.

Best Sandwich place for the value hands down. Cheaper than subway, cheaper than most places. I go to subway and get a footlong its damn near ten bucks! Here I get the "big" sandwich and its like 6-7 dollars for anything and everything is FRESH!! Its a must try in my opinion. Ive been sold on their food for a long time. Not to mention their deserts are awesome! Cookies, Bars, Shakes.

I like to come here for lunch every once in awhile. I typically like everything I get especially the brownie cookies. Today I was pretty disappointed. The mac and cheese is delicious but I literally paid almost $4 for 3 bites...they could have just told me they were almost out and itd be awhile and I would have waited. It may be awhile before I return if I do at all.

The food was very good, however, both my father and I experienced an emergency bathroom situation shortly after our meal. Thankfully, my daughter did not eat and so she is fine. There was a live singer which I had never before seen in a restaurant so it was nice, but between the singer and the kitchen noise, dont expect to be heard without yelling.

My favorite sandwich shop in Maple Grove. Great food, good selection, fast lines, good seating inside and outside, easy free parking, easy to get in and easy to get out. The outside seating is pretty much all in the shade which is nice on a hot sunny day.

Went there with my boyfriend and we had great sandwiches. It was a first time, there was some tables that werent too clean but they fixed that up quickly. The staff was really nice and they knew what they were doing. The environment was relaxing.

I called last minute to order food for 25 people and they had it delivered to me within the next 45 minutes. The manager helped me put together the order really quickly over the phone and they didnt miss one thing. Thank you!

Great place to stop in during a busy day of shopping. There was a line but they got people through quickly. The sandwiches were very good. They are a casual, quick dining sandwich shop but they do it well and with a smile.

Tasty toasted sub sandwiches in a faux old-restaurant atmosphere. Theyre trying too hard to be something theyre not (in terms of atmosphere), but the sandwiches are a step above Subway.

Service has slipped a little and they used to have live music, but the sandwiches are still fantastic and its a cheap, quick, lunch.
