I ordered 3 $5 flavor items a week ago on the 19th. I changed my mind & added a 4th item, making my total $22.62. One item looked funny, like a stick of butter was melted on top. I tried telling the manager, Gage, that it wasnt right. After he argued with me & told me to stop taking, I asked for a refund. He told me he would get to it within a week. I called CS & was assured it was refunded. Its a week later & no refund. I called CS again & was told my $16 was voided that night, I was never charged & therefore I dont have a refund coming. Apparently the original $16 was voaided, but although I have a credit card statement showing I paid $22.62, Pizza Hur insists I never paid anything. I finally got a manager to say he would credit that amount back but I never paid anything. There are too many pizza places for people to condone them treating people like this.

Ordered a few days ago for pickup. Walked in and there was a bug guy spraying chemicals in the whole place around all the baseboards. I just prayed he got there AFTER my food was prepped. It totally grossed me out. Today I ordered because I was too tired to cook. I got boneless wings with half the sauce, because I stressed I dont like a lot of sauce. Also ordered an Alfredo pasta. And it was I edible why? Because the entire pan was just sauce, a thick disgusting goopy pan of white sauce. Needless to say I didnt eat but a little bit and only the wings. And I wont be going there anymore. No telling how many bugs that much sauce was trying to cover...

I never came here due to a bad experience from a year ago and today decided to give it another try. Well, I wish I wouldnt have. The large pizza seemed really small for a large to start, but hey maybe its just the box. Nope it was smaller than a large should be, but not quite as small as a medium. So I got over and decided to feed the kids. Got to the pizza I ordered myself and was disappointed again because I love extra sauce, ordered extra sauce and there was barely any sauce at all. Not a big fan of just cheese bread.... Very dissapointing... will drive farther to another location or keep avoiding Pizza Hut all together for pizza.

We ordered one pizza online and went in for a pick-up. We waited for almost ten minutes inside before anyone even spoke to us. We watched people walk past in the kitchen while pointedly ignoring us. I work in retail, I know how it can be when a store gets busy. They werent busy at all - we were the only people there. Pizza was all right but the service was so poor, well be going to a different location next time.

They suck. Every time I order delivery they give me attitude and take forever to bring me one damn pizza. Undercooked. Like how?! Tried carry out and same. On top of that if you order online they will act like they never received anything. If I could give this Pizza Hut. Just THIS ONE! No stars I would. Ive tried being patient and thinking theyre just busy or whatever but no. Just straight rude and lazy.

Went in to order carryout, No less than 5 employees looked at me but were too busy playing on the computer in the back to deal with customers. After waiting 10 min I went down the street to Caseys. I wont be back.

This place is a joke!!! Customer service is no good! Pizza is always cold never on time! Ordered pizza tonight & they never showed up, I was told wait time was 1hr 5 mins. I called back it says its closed!

This is the Pizza Hut for my area. I have had some issues, but nothing major. I mean; its Pizza Hut. Its the Walmart of pizza, what do you expect?
