Terrible! Went there for happy hour for 3 peopke took 1 hour 45 minutes The wings were bad told manager he said hed take .. Half off, the bill.. I said she only ate a couple ,they they are bad. He didnt appologize, we were polite. I told him we wanted to try this place out, then he came back and said he would take the whole item off finally. The service was painfully slow, One hour 45 minutes for tenders, wings and salad. I hated every minute of it...only thing that was good was the coconut chicken tenders, They were good but Ill never go back. The manager questiined us if we were lying about the wings...bad all around un professional... do yourself a favor skip this place...And by the way, I have never written a bad review online before, but had to with this

Read the reviews and some were bad. It is in convenient location for me so I ignored the bad reviewers and went there to watch Monday night Vikings football. Sat at the bar, service was fast and very friendly. Beer was cold as well. Had a calzone which the menu said would take 20 minutes. Guess what, it was there after 19 minutes. Fresh, hot, and very good. I had no complaints. Went back yesterday to try the 1/2 price burger special. 4 cheese bacon burger ordered it med rare (option was pink or no pink). It arrived perfectly done. I was very impressed with the food and the service. Believe me, I will be back. The bad comments must be coming from employees of neighboring establishments because the green mill does a wonderful job!

Today I ordered myself and a coworker two avocado burgers with NO pink. ETA given was 1.5 hours which is fine since I got pulled into a meeting. Within 40 minutes after ordering my phone starts going off. I run out to get the door and the driver is in his vehicle. I told him thats for me, he came in and the first thing he stated is "you know, its really frustrating when drivers call and no one answers their phones". NICE SERVICE, especially when I give you a 20% tip. So I deliver my food to my desk and to my coworker, take a bit and can you believe it, the bloody toothpick that holds the burger in place was IN my burger horizontally. And to top it all off, our no pink burgers were PINK. Absolutely terrible terrible TERRIBLE.

Went there for lunch. It was slow for lunch, I sat at the bar and waited 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody came behind the bar or tried to serve me. At the same time 3 people were standing around chatting at the host station. Finally I got fed up walked out. No one even said a word as I walked past them to leave, just watched me go by. Being a former restaurant manager, I would have fired those employees on the spot. I work for a business nearby and organize all of our company outings. Now I know this wont be a place were going to go. Wont pay for bad service. Maybe thats why Green Mills are shutting down all over the place? Apparently from reviews the horrible customer service is a known issue.

So I guess its a question of how badly do you like the food in Green Mill, and how far do you live from another one. If you can put up with service that takes forever to take your order, to fill your order, fails to fill your order correctly, fails to follow up with you while you are eating for such things as silverware, refills, takes long breaks, is rude, etc... then this is the place for you. For everyone else, the service is so consistently bad by all their waiters and waitresses, there has to be some kind of common source at the management level, because no way can so many incompetent people just accidentally all happen to get employed at the same place.

Ive been here four times in the past year, at different times and days of the week, and service has been uniformly LOUSY. I refuse to go back. Whether it is two people or ten people, servers are slow, tables are never cleared, and you better pay cash if you dont want to wait twenty minutes for the check. When I was there with my parents, it took us 90 minutes to get in and out, and the tables around us were empty and not cleared when we sat down, and hadnt been touched when we left. A friend and I actually left after waiting 20 minutes for a server (it wasnt busy). Management and the employees are awful.

Horrible horrible experience!!! We saw all tables being served breads, only our table was not served any bread. Messed up order. We waited for 20 mins for dessert finally just got up and went to pay and theres where they realised they forgot to get us our dessert. The server was just straight faced and not apologetic about anything. Never going back there again. We were there to celebrate our anniversary coz we like the dessert we had ordered. Never go there to celebrate anything they will just ruin it for you.

I went in last Saturday during the Gophers game. It was not very busy at the bar area. I sat there for 20 mins, the bartender did not come over to me once. He made eye contact with me several times. There were 2 other helpers also there that never even engaged me. So I got up and left. I will never go back to this location and I will continue to tell people not to go there. I have been a paying customer there and was more than willing to give Green Mill my money. I will go somewhere else from now on.

1 person sitting at the bar. All other spots open but with dirty dishes and cups. Trash at the entrance was an unwelcome sight as well. I had intended to have a few drinks while I waited for friends to arrive for dinner but the attitude of staff and disgusting disarray of the place changed those plans. I wanted to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt and asked the front desk to contact a manager but one was already on staff. Sun, Nov.13

Stood at the front door for 5 minutes without being greeted before being seated. Service was slow and food was slower. Food was good and properly made. Atmosphere was poor with loud explicatives being shouted from table across restaurant. Thankfully no children were dining at the time. Lighting was poor in the booth we were in. They do have outdoor seating, but smokers there kept it from being a valid dining option for us.

Fast seating on a Saturday night..first server came after 15 mins to find he only served drinks..10 minutes later another waiter arrived and ordered appetizers and dinner..restaurant appeared slow and appetizer arrived cold along with dinner..unfortunately wont ever be returning..used to be a good place to eat..what happened? Not worth the price or your time..

The only reason we have ever put up with the extremely poor customer service was for the good food. We have been ordering our pizza the same way for 5 years and now they say we cant get our food the way we like it because of new management?! Rude employees, poor management and awful customer service is what we have come to expect at Green Mill Plymouth!

We love Green Mill in Plymouth. We try to come in every Friday so we can sit in Jasons section in the bar. What a great guy...a true asset to the Green Mill team. The food is great (and a great value!) and Jason takes care of us to make sure our visit is fun. We look forward to coming back every week.
