We got there at 845pm. Sign said see hostess. Go to hostess stand and the sign says seat yourself. We were the only people in there other that 2 sitting at the bar. We waited 10 minutes for the waitress to finally show up. There was a larger lady sitting at a table eating food while folding silverware. And yea she was eating with her fingers then rolling silverware. There were 2 bar tenders for a bar that only had 2 customers. The bar tenders were messing around and dancing. Our waitress finally brought our water and took our order for an app. That was the last time we saw our waitress for a while. The larger lady brought our appetizer to the bar along with somones to go order. Set it down in the bar and proceeded to talk to the bar tenders. A few minutes later brings us our wings and says "move over ladies I brought my wings". The wings were cold, and not to mention out waitress didnt come back to check on us . I had to go to the bar to get more water and the bartender seemed irritated that I asked for a refill. He asked where our waitress was and I said I had no clue. Then, I was watching the cooks and the larger lady who had been eating while folding napkins talk and mess around laughing while our food sat on the ready line. The larger lady pushed our plates and rested her arms on the food line right on front of out plates and continued to talk. Then picked up our food moved them down the food line under the warmer lights and the. Rested her arms right infront of our food again and proceeded to talk to the cooks all over our food. After about 15 minutes. 2 cooks came inside from smoking and out waitress proceeds to tell us it shouldnt be much longer for our food. We said you mean our food that has been sitting there for minutes and the one lady had been leaning over it talking. Then the waitress goes and grabs our food and proceeded to stand there holding our food talking to the lady who was leaning over our food and cooks. Then brings us our food and says it was your food sorry. We told her to keep the food we dont want it after it has been sitting there for 15 minutes and the lady was leaning all over it. Out of the whole experience all we got out of it was "oh Im sorry this has happend". The place is very dirty, and the staff is very unprofessional. No one should be eating on the job in front if customers whole rolling silverware with paper napkins. Nor should the bartenders be messing on their cellphones and dancing in front of customers. I do not recommend this place It was a nice place when it first opened and Im not sure if they changed managers but it had gone extremely down hill and seems to be not a busy place anymore. After this experience this is probably why.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go a few years ago when I worked in the mall. Fantastic martinis, amazing bartenders, and food that was worth the price. Not anymore. The drinks and food are still great, but the service is abysmal. It was a struggle to even get a bartenders attention to order, even with an empty glass. I also ordered the vodoo pasta, which tasted great but was spicy! I world have eaten it if I had some water, but it was over TWENTY FIVE MINUTES before I could flag down someone. I closed out and took my full plate home. Yes, there was only one bartender (Im not sure why management scheduled only one) but he walked by MANY times without even acknowledging my full plate and empty glass. Also, this place used to be open until 2am with a full kitchen...now, youre lucky to get service past 10. Save yourself the frustration and drive across the parking lot to Champps. The bar staff is extremely attentive and they also have great happy hour specials.

Good for HH, service can be slow as they seem understaffed in the bar. Good food, decent cocktails and a very good selection of taps. The biggest problem I have with this place is the staffing and management. You can go into this place and you will see 1/3 of the place totally unoccupied but they wont seat you because theyre understaffed. Its a big restaurant but theyre terrible at managing the workload. Ive seen more customers walk out of this place than a lot of restaurants even get. Huge missed opportunity and people turn around and go across the parking lot to chammps. Good location with a sweet outdoor bar and patio, get your staffing figured out for Gods sake. Your missing out on $$$. Also, the hostess is unfriendly. I dont need to say anymore, you know who the hell Im talking about, fire her, you can do better.

Went there to grab a quick bite with my wife. We had to use the restroom when we got there and both of us commented on it cleanliness (or lack there of). We went and sat down at the bar and that was a little dirty too. The girl finally came over with a rag and cleaned it up for us. Ordered and app and a couple of beers, easy. 3 of the 4 sliders were perfect with the fourth being pretty much all red on the inside. Had to run and took a while for the waitress to come back to us, had to get her attention. Got the tab and left my usual 20% but over all I dont know if I would recommend. I dont usually leave reviews but I was not impressed with the cleanliness and service. Food was ok and the beer was cold(which always helps). Oh we went on a Sunday afternoon at about 5:00. Not a lot of people.

Booked a reservation for 6pm (2 people) and arrived on time and was told I had to wait (Hostest said 5 minutes) for a table to open up (50% of the seating was taken) and they were not seating outside due to the rain.... 15 minutes later we were seated... 15 minutes later our waitress realized we were there and provided menus... 10 minutes later our order was taken... Our drinks needed refills and that was quick... 30 minutes later... Food came out cold and one item wrong... It was to the point that we just wanted to pay and leave... It was very frustrating seeing so many servers but poor service... There was confusion on what server was suppose to be taking car of us... We still tipped 20% too, Minnesota Nice... I guess the rain really threw them off...

We went to Ridgedale mall on new year day (my mothers bday). Place was nice and clean and had wheelchair accessible tables. We ordered our drinks they were good, and then came the food. I had gotten a burger and my mother the fish. I had asked for my burger to be well done, it was not it was rare at best. I my mom liked the fish but the free were So salty they were in eatable. I spoke to the waitress about the issues we had and she brought over the kitchen manager. Needless to say she comped our meal even the drinks. I was not looking for a free meal (yes it was nice) but not needed. The I will return to try it again just because I felt they tried to make it right. Again the place was nice and clean good drinks and tvs everywhere.
