First time visiting this location all the way from Houston, TX and can confidently say I will never again. The customer service that me and my family were given (or lack of) was nothing compared to how every other customer was treated. I witnessed the servers that had treated me and my family very dry, rude and rushing us, be super friendly and happy with the rest of the customers that were there. Even the manager skipped our table when he made his rounds asking how the food tasted. Only until we were the last people in the restaurant he approached and very forcibly asked if our food was ok. We didnt get greeted nor thanked and wished a happy day upon leaving like every other people that entered and left the restaurant got from the staff. After much thought trying to figure out why we were treated differently the only difference I found between my family and the other customers was our skin color. We are Mexican American. The staff was all white. All the other customers we saw, were all white. I have never felt any form of discrimination anywhere úntil I visited this location. Plus to top it all off, the meat was bland and tasteless. While telling my experience to a local he apologized before I finished. Apologized because he didnt warn me about this place. Apparently he has had a bad experience as well.

AMAZING food...I had the PepperJax Philly with steak, onion, green pepper, and then added the pepper jack cheese sauce and extra green peppers at the end and we had some seasoned fries...everything was delicious! My daughter loves her salad too and the sizes are huge and we spent less here than we usually do at McDonalds and we are filled to the brim lol....if you ever get the chance to go, please do, its also easily accessible off of I-35N We came back, the kids LOVE it!

The menu has plenty of "Vegetarian" items, however when I ordered a Vegetarian Philly the vegetables were cooked directly on top of a pile of meat left over from the previous customer. The meat was not even scraped aside, even though the menu is advertised to be "Vegetarian Friendly." Needless to say my Vegetarian Philly contained chunks of steak throughout. Could not even eat. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Come here often, managers and staff are always friendly to everyone. The only time a saw a problem was when they ran out of frys. They make everything in front of you and some of the staff make a game out of it and act goofy, but the food is great. I love the ricebowls and their ranch is so good that should sell it. Everything us fresh and delicious.

Great, fast food in a clean environment. They make it to order right in front of you and its oh so good. I spice mine up with jalapenos and cooked in jalapeno juice. The manager always walks around and asks how the meal was. You really dont get that at fast food anywhere else. The employees are always friendly.

Great service and friendly staff, but the last few times Ive gone to get some dinner, theyve had their doors locked 30 minutes before scheduled closing time. I dont know why, I understand needing to get things cleaned up and ready to close. A half an hour though? Cmon, thats just bad business. Really bad.

Hot and fresh food made right in front of you, with quality ingredients (like the top sirloin steak) and friendly staff! I love this place for lunch or dinner whenever Im in Ankeny! The GM is always personable and cares about food quality and his staff too.

This place is always fast. The manager is always friendly. Seems like every time I am there he is always greeting people. The staff has always been good to me. Quick with a good joke from time to time.
