NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!! This was the worse customer experience ever!!! I placed an online order, it was delivered late and completely wrong! I immediately called to let them know of the error, I was told a manger would call me back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, no return call so I call them back and get the run around and was questioned repeatedly if I sure that my order was wrong. Seriously!!!! I waited again for another call that never came . . . so I called again . . . . after another 1/2 hour of my life wasted talking to reps who are basically only skilled in NOT HELPING I finally got a hold of a manager that informed me there was nothing she could do about returning my money but she would put my request into the department that can review the situation and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! Be forewarned ordering from there is not worth it!!!!

Ordered (and paid for) a pan pizza, but received a hand-tossed, which my kids wont eat. I called the local number and was routed to an out-of-state call center. Told her of the problem, she said she would notify the manager, who would call me right back. 15 minutes later, I called back. Was told there is a backlog of calls, and it will be a while longer. I asked her to just send out my correct order at no additional charge. She said she isnt authorized to give me a free pizza. (!!!!) I explained that Im not asking for a free pizza. Im asking for the pizza that I ordered and paid for! She said theres nothing she can do. I asked to talk with a supervisor, and she said, "No one is allowed to use my personal headset." What? Ive now been in a holding queue for 20 minutes. Very disappointed.

We ordered pizza and sides using the $5 promotion. The pizza we received was half crust, literally. I called the store instead of ordering online because we wanted to ensure this time around we wont receive a half crust pizza. The operator told me that she is at a remote call center and she could forward the message to the store manager (I never received a message from the store manager). The operator forwarded my call to the store, I was on hold for over thirty minutes before I hung up. I dont plan on ever purchasing pizza from this particular chain again. I love Pizza Hut, but this chain isnt getting my support ever again. All I wanted was to tell the manager last time we ordered pizza it was a crappy pizza, please help me continue my love for Pizza Hut and make us a better pizza.

Ordered about 5pm on a Wednesday and told to expect delivery in 35 minutes. Called to check in after an hour and got a call center who transferred to another call center to sit on hold for 10 minutes who had to check with the local branch. Told the local branch was "behind." Pizza showed up 45 minutes later than expected, box half squished, and barely warm. The Hut was our favorite before moving to the area and will likely not order again.

Ordered online, chicken wings and specifically asked for napkins, paid extra for Ranch and the guy that delivers it wasnt very nice, did not bring the ranch that u paid extra for nor the napkins that I requested , and all the delivery guy said was that nobody gave him any ranch or napkins to bring and took off. Didnt even offer anything. Bad service!!!

Ordered, waiting almost 2 hours, called them and was told a delivery driver would call, they never called. 30 minutes later we called again and were directed to a nationwide call center, never got a pizza or a call or anything from that store. Would never recommend anyone ordering from this store. Worst pizza hut in the universe.

Well, maybe I just got lucky but, I ordered a pan pizza and it was pretty good, not Jets quality but, good. With the coupon, it was only $6 for a 3 topping pizza which is hard to beat. My only real complaint is that the pizza was a little lacking on cheese. Lady was nice, right on time for pick up.

Was tailgated by a delivery driver so closely that I couldnt see the hood in my mirror while driving the speed limit. He eventually passed me on the shoulder. How stupid do you have to be to drive like that with a company logo on your car?

Tried making a phone order to ask to swap out the wings for breadsticks instead and I had a really rude girl refuse because she well...umm..I dunno cant do it from this computer she says. Their customer service sucks!

This is my go-to pizza hut. They are never ready for a pick-up when the website says they will be, but they havent screwed up one of my orders yet (which is saying something, for a pizza place!).

OK pizza in a pinch... Better than dominoes. One start because they are literally 1.8 miles from me, but wont deliver. Three houses down on the same street gets delivery, we dont. : (

Outsourced pone order system took me 10 minutes to order one pizza. Messed up my first order, undercooked wrong crust and overall bad. This is by far he worst pizza hut i know

Pizza was 10 min late. Bad service. And the pizza crust was uncooked. They didnt even cut the pizza. Same rating will go to corporate. $5 pizza is so much better.

The manager at this pizza hut is really mean to his employes. I dont how people can work for that he has no people skills. Your management needs to fire that guy!

Love the staff and some drivers. Its small and theyre only equipped with a few seats for waiting. No dining area though, so no public restrooms.
