My daughter had purchased a gift card, and after we got back, she realized it was the wrong type of card. Knowing that the cards are non-refundable/no exchange, I figured I would have to explain to her that she just used her Christmas money on something she would not be able to use. We went back up to this Cub within minutes, as we live right behind it. At first they were reluctant, which is understandable, but the Manager there was very professional and understanding, and he was able to fix the problem. What a business that went above and beyond, and actually treated the situation as a real issue, not fraud, which can be hard to find sometimes these days.

If you ever have a problem or need help with anything talk to Heather she works at the customer service department and she is always happy to help. I had bought a bottle of Liquor from cub Liquor dept. and while I was in the checkout line waiting to pay for my food my bottle slipped through the open space in front of the cart, omg liquor all over the floor she had someone right there to clean it up. and when I was paying for my food embarrassed she told me not to worry and I could pick up another bottle, that its already with the cashier.I was so happy I didnt have to pay again. thanks ,carol

This used to be my primary grocery store, but that has changed. The store is well stocked, but the pros end there. The store does not feel clean or fresh. The last few times Ive been there there Ive found dairy items that expired at least a month ago. Ive told the cashier about it each time and only one time they showed any interest. This is the most convenient grocery store for me, but I skip it now and drive a little further to go to a much nicer store with merchandise thats fresh and helpful, friendly staff. Im sorry to see this Cub declining the way it has, but Ive given up on it now.

I love this store. Service is great. No matter what you buy they will still talk with a clear, nice voice and treat you like you should be. I was in the V8 Splash section and i had grabbed a bottle but we all know what happened, I dropped it. There was already an employee in the aisle making sure all the prices are up to date ( which is also great) and said she would have the mess cleaned up in minutes. I was embarrassed so I walked away but when I came back (about five minutes later) you couldnt even tell what mess I had made. Thank you Cub for being there for your customers!

Its been fun getting reintroduced to Cub Foods. Not really sure how it happened but we discovered their fruits are better quality and often less expensive than the big-box membership store we shop at. Weve also been thrilled with their bakery - served cakes and cupcakes at parties that everyone has commented on (for lots less than the expensive bakeries). Just discovered their meat department with great prices and our familys most favorite hamburgers (bacon cheddar, etc). People are nice. Store is clean. Now all they need is a Dunn Brothers, like other Cubs (a nice MN fit).

Just moved to the area and the customer service every single time I check out is AWFUL. It is always older women who are checking me out and they always look absolutely miserable. I smile, ask how they are, say thank you and get no response back. Theyre grumpy and make my shopping experience the least bit enjoyable. I from here on out will switch my grocery shopping to Hyvee down the road where they actually smile and appreciate your business! I rate this store 1 star and that is even too high.

There are reasons why I dont go to this cub anymore. Primarily because I have never once had a polite staff member. Im actually getting around to leaving a review today because of how bad it was. I asked a simple question and got an answer with attitude and was treated as if I didnt have a brain. Ive been going to Hyvee pretty much since it opened. I dont know why I even bothered stopping here.

Okay, quick and easy if I stick to my list. I some Zevia pop that looked good and the sign said $2.49 for a 6 pk. Got to checkout and they were $3.49. I asked and was told they were $2.49 If you bought 5. If you are going to have some stupid as Mega sale, it would be nice if it were well marked. Guess I gotta stick to my list and not look at anything else.

Had my car damaged by a shopping cart jammed into it. There were 3 cars with damaged not sure if the other owners paid attention. I met with the manager who was very nice but really tried to downplay my damage. They are suppose to have an adjuster contact me to fix the scratches will see how this goes. Will update review when corrected,

Okay, so the store is a bit frumpy. Who cares? They make a "take and serve" turkey pot roast I have never seen at another Cub, and it is absolutely to die for. I just ordered one for Mothers Day, and the lady in the deli was exceptionally helpful.

Do not go to this location! Horrible Customer Service, long waits and no one gets helped. Ive tried multiple times to buy something from this store only to either be over looked or ignored. Hyvee down the street is so much better!

I have been shopping here for 3 years and have had great customer service consistently. I appreciate the 24-hour availability and their prices are reasonable. Leadership staff are extremely helpful & knowledgable.

This is a pretty bad store, even for a Cub. The store is messy, poorly staffed, and plagued by long checkout lines. The liquor portion of the store is staffed by employees who are as rude as they ignorant.

Every time I visit this location, something I buy is poor in quality. Expired items, opened items, frozen foods tasted like it was thawed then re frozen, Ive had it all in the few times Ive been there.

I shop here regularly and the staff had always been friendly and efficient. At times I have asked for out of stock items and someone usually comes through. The staff at the deli counter is excellent!
