We used Cookies by Design for our open house and absolutely loved the whole process from start of order to end product. We ordered the large logo cookies and not only were they tasty but the quality was amazing. The logo turned out awesome, the personal touch of each cookie packaged with a colored ribbon really brightened the mostly white cookie. We will definitely use them again!

nice variety and very friendly and helpful customer service. the recipient received exactly what i ordered. the cookies are very fresh and artfully designed. thank you for making my daughters birthday special!!! (p.s. i ordered 9 years ago and didnt realize it and it was just as much a hit then as it was this time!!

Due to a computer glitch my order was not processed on time. In talking to the store not only was I given am extra dozen to be sent but I was given awesome customer service and a sincere apology. I will definitely need contacting them again!
