I ran out to Einstein bagels for lunch today. I ordered my usual sandwich, Albacore Tuna. I drove back to the office, laid out my sandwich and took a nice big bite. As I pull away from my sandwich I swear I felt like hair pulled past my lips. I checked the sandwich but did not notice anything odd. I take another smaller bite while looking at some paperwork and don’t notice anything. I could not get the ‘hair’ sensation out of my mind. I looked more closely at my sandwich as I lift it to take another bite and there it is, a black hair hanging down. I pull it and it keeps coming, reaching over a foot in length. Ugh. I look again, and pull a second long hair from under the bun. That half goes in the garbage. I look at the other half and find two more hairs interwoven into the sandwich. That half goes in the garbage. I called to complain and they hung up on me.

Ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese and got a bagel with strawberry cream cheese (not the first time this has happened). You would think for almost $3 they could take the time to smear the cream cheese on the bagel for me... nope. Just a pile in the middle (happens every time). Worthless - spend your time and money elsewhere. I would also echo others that say it is not the cleanest place... today, manager wiped nose and then with hand and then asked me what I wanted. Yuk! Thankfully, he didnt prepare my food - though I dont have high expectations for others not doing the same.

I have been here 4-5 times now for a quick lunch. First few times, it was great! Today, on top of my to-go sandwich I found a hair. Completely grossed me out. It is really frustrating to spend $7 on a sandwich and not be able to enjoy it. Also, they were out of potato rolls and the customer service was disappointing. This place used to be pretty good but now I dont think Ill be able to go back.

This place is going down fast. I was here a few months ago and service and food were excellent. Now the food presentation sucks, the service is slow. It took 20 minutes to get a sandwich over lunch hour, and the sandwich presentation was unacceptable. I pay 6.50 for a hummus sandwich with barely any hummus in it

As always fast friendly service with a smile! Yes they change the menu, as seen over the 20 years of visiting, but best darn coffee is always hot. Note to corporate: some of us love Einsteins coffee, not Caribou... Keep that in mind for the new stores!

I concur--good coffee and creative, tasty sandwiches (especially the Lox!). But...not always the cleanest place. A no-no single incident: staff member parked the broom and, without washing hands, tended to my order. (I still ate it.)

Great place for a quick morning breakfast or to share coffee with a friend.T I like the Lox bagel sandwich. The vanilla hazelnut coffee is very good. Service is usually very quick too.

My favorite bagel place of ALL time. They get busy at lunch but it has never bothered me. Sugar cookies are super yummy. Ive been taking my kids gere for 15 years. Love it.

Einstein is by far the best bagel place around! Their bagels & sandwiches are very tasty, but its their cream cheese that makes everything absolutely delicious!!

Great cinnamon sugar bagel. Beware if you want yours toasted because sometimes the bagel gets burnt and it does not taste good at all.
