I visited this store Sunday morning around 11:00 am and purchased a medium turtle mocha. After I had drove away I notice this was not my drink but I was already on the freeway. I called the store and told them what had happened the person who answered the phone said no problem just stop back at the store and I will put a note by the register. I gave him my name and drink. When I was headed home around 4:00 pm I stopped at the store and asked if I could get my money back or a gift card for the mix ups since it was late in the day. The manager came out and " Do you have a receipt?" I told him no, and that I had called in this morning and they said to just stop by the store. "I cant give a refund without a receipt. What was your drink?" I told him turtle mocha medium. " I guess I could try looking up your drink in the computer." I stood there waiting.....I asked the girl working if there was a problem I called in this morning I believe his name was Josh. The girl replied yes but the manager was working on it. Now while I was waiting for the manager to come back not once did the drive thru ask the person if the wanted a receipt nor did the girl working the register in the store. The manager came out and said he could not find my exact coffee order. I told him that I was not about to try and steal a cup of coffee and that I would be letting corporate caribou know about the poor customer service I received from a manager over a cup of coffee. Horrible customer service, might look into getting a new manager.

Tonight was my first time at this specific location and it was terrible! It took about five minutes to order through the drive thru, which if they were busy I could understand. There was no one in the drive thru in front of me and the parking lot was maybe half full. Anyways, I order my son a smoothie and myself a blended campfire mocha. I get to the window, pay, and then wait about five minutes for the smoothie, a couple more minutes pass by and the lady working comes back over to re greet me but realizes Ive already paid and I am still waiting "oh...its still you" and walks away. Another worker comes over and goes to hand me a warm drink, I correct her and say its not mine, I had ordered a blended campfire mocha (no big deal). By this point the drinks for the person behind me are up and again the lady who rang me up goes to hand me these drinks before realizing yes in deed its still me! Finally the other worker comes with "my drink". I drive away and realize down the road that my drink is indeed not my drink! Its runny, clearly not blended and its mint! My son was getting impatient otherwise I would have maybe tried turning around but after the drink was messed up twice and they tried giving me other peoples drinks I figured it probably wasnt worth the hassle. I could understand their unorganized chaotic set up if they had been busy but while waiting I saw their order screen and there were only two orders besides my own......

I have gone to this location since it opened and I will not go anywhere else. Whether I go through the drive-thru or go inside the people inside always find time to remember my name and say hello - that is while they ARE BUSTING THEIR RUMPS MAKING THE NAY SAYERS THEIR COFFEE. I was appalled at some of the comments. If your experience was not 100% then its YOUR fault for not bringing it to their attention. They will make it 100%. How is someone supposed to know unless you let them know? What hide behind a review? Sad. Especially with this location. Always professional, always smiles and always the BEST COFFEE!!! p.s. They treat my 8yr. old like a princess. If you had a negative time at this location you might want to look at who is typing the review instead of who is making the coffee. PEACE

This is a wonderful Caribou Coffee. The location could not be better and they provide great service. As this is directly off Highway 36, you can expect a line at the drive-thru during peak periods. One thing to note if visiting to DINE IN, there is a parking lot adjacent to the main parking lot that is much more accessible. The only reason for 4-stars is the parking, but given the location, its the best use of space. The adjacent parking lot could use signage to help customers find it!

Dont bother going in to the store even if the drive thru is busy, if you are in a hurry. Even though there was only one person in line ahead of me, already ordering, and the drive thru line went out onto the street, the drive thru line beat me by several cars. Had to wait a long time for a simple espresso. Drive thru gets priority and is apparently really fast! Inside looks nice and cozy, which is how I give them 4 stars.

Super drafty in the winter, the two entrances ensure that wherever you sit, youll catch a bit of cold air. The setup isnt great for working remotely either, there is bench seating in one area, but a large conference-style table dominates the room. Service is average.

I love this Caribous location, the building itself, and the staff, but the WiFi is never working! The whole reason I justify buying a cup is so I can get work done, and I need WiFi to work. Ill be going to a different Caribou until they get a new router.

As a regular to this coffee shop I couldnt recommend it enough. Great atmosphere, employees that have my order memorized. Perfect place to relax on a cold winter after noon. Or to get out of the summer heat.

Good coffee! This location is the quietest out of the 5 other Caribous in the area. I generally come here over the on WB Ave and County D. The staff are super talkative and friendly!

Cozy atmosphere. But thats partially because its a little small on the inside. Parking lot can be hard to get in and out of. But the coffee and food are a great value.

I like this location. I always stop on my way from Wisconsin to Robbinsdale. Its kinda small for how busy they get, so be mindful of traffic.
