I am half & half with this location. They are always friendly , and energetic, but they seem to only get my order correct 1/5 times . Today for instance they were very nice in the drive thru . I go home to find that my order was not what i ordered. I called to ask what we should do about the situation , considering i dont want to drive back out today & i got hung up on. I tried calling back several of times , but nobody picked up the phone. I am now boycotting this location , due to wasting money on drinks that i did not originally order! I am disappointed in the staff for the way they are handling this situation , by not handling it at all. I had considered this business as a part of our community but there customer service & order of operations is bestowing a negative reflection on the community.

Stick to the coffee, breakfast foods have gone downhill so much I wont stop at all. If you hang out inside for more than 30 seconds you will reak the rest of the day. They were fairly decent when they opened the doors but like many other restaurants, theyve cut corners to make more money at out detriment

Its so frustrating paying $6.21 for a coffee that is only made correctly 2/5 times. Whens it correct its perfect and thats what I crave. When its wrong Im really mad but hate complaining. Not to mention 2/3 of my last orders were supposed to be large I got a medium. Ughhhh

The service here is ok. They have screwed up my order a few times and some of their staff have trouble controlling their temper with other employees. If they re-staffed with some stable employees it could definitely become a five star.

I love the staff in the early morning, but weekly daytime staff is terrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Caribou needs to do some better training and hire people that actually have customer service skills at this location.

Typical Caribou Coffee, clean, consistent quality and taste from store to store. They only get 4 stars because they are a franchise. I saved my 5 star ratings for good Independents.

6 dollar mocha... fine. But then you skimp on the coffee bean and chocolate chips? I get like 5 to 8 mini chocolate chips on the whip cream. Every other location has plenty.
