I went through the drive-thru ordered food. Then the guy that was taking my order asked me if I wanted a drink I thought to myself I am really thirsty I ordered a small Mountain Dew. Waited line I paid and got my food. I didnt get a drink so I pulled back into the parking lot and went into the store I walked up to the counter and I told the lady that I didnt get my drink. The lady very rudely told me you didnt get a drink because you didnt pay for a drink I looked at the screen and you didnt pay for one. She then informed me that if I wanted a drink I was going to have to pay for it so I said okay. Then she told me I was going to have to get in the back of the line to pay for my drink because I cant just come to the front of the line. I walked out of the store I didnt get a soda and Im still thirsty. In any other situation customer service wise they would have just given you a small soda had to make me upset and now they get a one-star review over $0.20 worth of soda. The food here is generally okay but the service normally stinks.

Was craving Taco Bell this morning for breakfast I tried to wake the family up with a delightful taco breakfast meal Im sure of their hours I left my house at 6 oclock arriving there at about 615 noticing that they were not open until 6:30 AM drive-through so I ran a couple errands and I return back to the Taco Bell in Brooklyn Center at 7:10 waited for about 15 minutes, 730 I finally leave because there was no sign of the story been open in the near future very disappointed drove through and checked the hours on doors and windows all which state Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM till 2 AM very disappointed not only was it a waste of my morning but I know him hungry family

I just waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes, only to get to the window and be told that they didnt get my order due to a "technology problem." No one told me about a problem, but they acted like I should know when I pulled up. I was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said yes. The manager comes out and was so rude to me... I understand she was probably having a bad night but Ive never been treated that way anywhere. She was basically telling me to go elsewhere. I will never go back.

Ive been to this Taco Bell a few times, and after the last, it truly will be my last. A simple combo order and the main part of the combo was missed. Never had a reason to check in the past so I went home. To my surprise, the quesadilla was missing. I called to complain and got some underling telling me to hold for the Manager. Upon waiting a few minutes I was informed the Manager was "TOO BUSY" for me. They took my info and order number and told me theyd call back. I wont be back.

The manager is a sweet lady. Had some great experiences other than the other day when the girl on the mic copped an attitude when I didnt hear her say hold on and I started talking. Pissed me off so much i drove off without ordering. I still give it a five because of the manager and all the other great experiences ive had there with the friendly and fun employees.

Every time we go to this taco bell in Brooklyn Center, they forget something. If were lucky its the straws and napkins, but most the time its 1 or 2 food items, today we were shorted 1 taco supreme 1 cheese roll up, 2 brownie sandwich, and straws. Totally ridiculous that this happens every time. ..

Service was terriable every employee was rude or had quick one word answers. Food looked like it had been thrown around. Wife asked for sourcream in a cup and they had covered her food in it couldnt take a bite without it pouring out all over the place. Had a arguement to get food corrected

This place is a franchise not corporate that means they get to make up their own rules they only take coupons that they feel that they want to take and they turned down you if you have a coupon for any complaints or a sorry coupon

We went and ordered a nice meal. My incompetent driver dropped the change so we ended up being a penny short. And shorty at the window let it slide and even plugged us with an extra fork. Defiantly will return for more food

I love taco Bell! They have great food at a great price. This store is fairly new, as the old one was torn down and rebuilt in summer 2012. It is clean and the staff is wonderful every time I visit.

Every time I go through the drive thru they always forget one or two items that I order. I always have to come back or tell them. Make sure to always check your bag before you take off.
