I will never go to this establishment again. I order a #3, dark, spicy with lemonade. I get to window lady is rude no csr skills at all. I wait about 10 min she hands me bag I ask for honey, looking like a ruined her day by making her do her job. I leave, I get home only to open my box to a very unusually large Breast and 2 dry wings not spicy. The chicken was cold on top of being white & dry af. 1. Why not alert me we are out of dark meat. 2. Why take my 9 plus change and give me whatever. I proceed to call I was put on hold for 5 min only to be disconnected. I callback Im greeted after 9 rings by a voicemail which is full. Needless to say I could not leave a message. (Is it full due to numerous unanswered complaints?) I will not be visiting this location ever again. I recommend those reading this save your coin and go else where. Im sure the Manager of this location gives nf about our complaints. Judging by rating and many other complaints here. Either do a staff upgrade or cut your losses and close this location. Wish I could give this place a -0.

Would rate it with zero starts if I could. I have been there several times, and they have never once gotten my order right. Theyre always out of something, or cant give me what I wanted because some machine or other is down. Or the soda machine hasnt been calibrated in years and had less than half the amount of flavor syrup in it that it should. Or whatever. Twice, they asked me to pull out of the drive through to the parking lot and said theyd bring me my order when it was ready, and then forgot about me. Twice! There will not be a third time, because I am never going back.

Arrived at the fully lit drive thru at 11:30 on 12/27/14 only to be gestured at through the window by a man, who I can only assume was the shift manager, counting money that they were closed. I drove around front, as workers were leaving with large sacks of food, to ask them why they were closed before midnight on a Saturday. The man tried to offer me a discount if I came back the next day, and I respectfully declined. Sorry, lost my business from the start, never going back.

I went there today and while waiting in line to order, a manager, a thin black male about 35-40 years old, had an altercation with another customer. I was on my phone when the manager accused me of filming him and told me to leave. When I tried to explain I was not filming him, he said, "you can go now. Have a good rest of your day" He said he has the right to refuse service to anyone he wants and threatened to call the police if I did not leave.

Went today 2/10/15 Bought a #6 meal chicken tenders w/side biscut and drink. They were out of all drinks but diet coke and tea Really The cajun /Dirty rice was cold like out of the fridge. I never got the cajun ranch dipping sauce. But I got about 6 tenders in my order of three. They were all clumped together. worst I ever had will got to other popeyes only like 80 and Brooklyn Blvd

I was at the Popeyes restaurant on this day and my boyfriend and I spent 51 bucks on two bonified chicken meals. The manager didnt even offer us a drink for our 20 minute wait. So we eventually got a drink because another customer spoke up. But the employee Dejoin was very responsive and respectful that we were waiting. He deserves a customer service appreciate and promotion. Thanks bro.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They charged me $1.00 misc. charge. I asked why I had that charge and was told, "I dont know, my manager told me to charge everyone". I said, you cant do that and he shrugged his shoulders. It is $1.00. I was not going to make a scene, as I am sure they are counting on. I will NEVER go back though, so I hope the dollar was worth it.

Ordered a 10 piece meal, they forgot the biscuits, only had one breast, the rest was wings and thighs, chicken was old and greasy couldnt even eat it. To be fair it was close to closing time but still unacceptable! Turned the corner after leaving drive through and saw on billboard 12 piece meal with another large side and more "invisible" biscuits was only $2 more. Huh?

Horrible. Seriously if your going to buy out someone at least upgrade. How do you tun out of fries, lemonade and fruit punch. Mind you they dont have milk or Apple juice for their "kids meal". I wasted $13 on bull crap. The rudest people you will ever meet and its not worth your money! Arbys should have been my choice...which is delicious.

Very slow service, forgot to fill 2 orders before mine. They got my order wrong. Had to wait in line a long time to get sauce and napkins (the napkins werent stocked). The bathroom stall didnt lock. The food was good, hence the 1 star. But I was back in line for napkins and sauce so by the time I ate, it was cold.

Went to drive thru at 4:00pm on a Sunday and was told they couldnt take my order because of shift change. Ido wanted to order I needed to cone inside. Rude employees. I could not go inside because I had my 2 young daughters in their car seats. 4 other cars left because same reason.

Took 20 minutes to get thorough the drive through, and I was the only customer there. I went specifically for a chicken po boy. They have me sea shrimp, and then told me they dont serve chicken po boys. Not to mention they gave me the wrong drink, and non of my sides.

I went through drive thru at 10:30, so 30 minutes till drive thru closing and no one answer me for 5 minutes and when I went to the second window I saw an employer on her phone enjoying life. While there were 3 cars behind me, So I got no food.

it is not the worst place in the world, its way better than Arbys because arbys just gives you like two slices of meat and more bread with anything. chicken is way better than them nasty sandwiches. chill out.

Really impressed with this location. Maybe it was the time of day I was there or the day of the week, but everyone was friendly, the food was hot and fresh and the store was immaculatly clean. I will be back.

Understaffed 35 mins for food from the drive thru...cheap cup tops...red pop wasted every where out of staple item like spicy got a 2 only because food was prepared properly....will not return unacceptable

Horrible I asked for two $5.00 bona fide and 1 of those should have been spicy but I received 2 milds and had too ask for the condiments. I will never ever patronize this PARTICULAR POPEYES!!!!!!!!.
