Unbelievable experience! They were short-staffed because someone quit. So the manager tells us in the drive-thru, "If you have a family-sized order, please come inside because were understaffed today." So we leave the drive-thru, and park. I walk to the lobby door, and its locked! I pull for a few minutes, thinking someone would come and assist, and everyone just watched. Finally another customer opens the door to let me in. And the manage scolds him for letting me in saying the lobby is locked on purpose because they were understaffed. Everyone there had such a bad attitude because someone unexpectedly quit that day. So its like they were trying to get rid of business because they didnt want to deal with it. So the problem of the lobby being locked and people coming and pulling on a locked door happened at least 4 more times while I was there. So naturally, if you see someone struggling with the door, you go and help them. The last person to do this was like a 7-8 year old boy. The manager scolded him, told him it was common sense not to open the door, and then said because he opened the door, "Im going to have to ask you to leave. Go tell your parents (who were sitting at a nearby table) and all of you get out of here." All of the other customers are looking in disbelief. So then I asked him why doesnt he just put a sign on the door so people know whats going on and he doesnt feel he needs to. As if the experience isnt bad enough, another employee walks in whos off duty, begins talking loudly in front of all of the customers about some personal issue that caused the other employee to quit. And then because theyre short-staffed, he walks behind the counter, out of uniform and pants hanging down, and begins fixing orders. Thats without washing his hands and with having to keep pulling up his sagging pants with underwear showing. By the way, Im not being racially biased in my critique because I am African-American. It was horrible and Id be willing to bet that staff is losing you tons of money.

Although not directly related to Popeyes, there was a vagrant looking gentleman being arrested when we pulled up into the parking lot. Sort of set the tone for the entire experience. I ordered the Cajun Fish combo and a spicy chicken leg and the green beans for the side. The cook was using the bathroom so had to wait for him to get done and then to make the fish, so they threw in an extra piece of fish for the wait. The fish turned out to be very good, as was the spicy chicken leg and the biscuit. Didnt get the side so had to go back up even after the wait and ask for it. Went and sat back down and the beans looked nothing like they did on the menu. The green beans on the menu are creamy with bacon pieces, what I got was watery pale beans. So I went back up and asked and said that I would like the beans that are pictured on the menu and they told me that what I got is what they have and that nothing looks like it does on the menu. So I substituted red beans and rice instead. Turned out to actually be brown beans and rice but wasnt too bad. Then decided to get an apple pie for desert and it was way under cooked, couldnt even be considered warm and was soggy, half of it stuck to the wrapper so didnt even bother with it and just left.

I had to write a review for the experience I had eating here because it was simply incredible, in the worst AND best way. I went there with my dad and we ordered a couple meals of chicken poppers. BUT, before we could even speak to the cashier there were three people from three separate issues who came in within two minutes of eachother to complain about missing something in there meal! So we finally ordered and they gave us our meals. We went to the table and I realized they never gave me a biscuit, after some persuading I convinced the cashier to give me one. I think my dad was missing something to but he didnt bother getting it. But to make this experience worth it was seeing the cashier suddenly and quickly come from behind the counter, walk out the door, and walk straight into Arbys...at least I got a laugh out of the experience haha

I will never ever eat Popeyes Chicken again. I have tried on several attempts. I gave them one last time. This last attempt included my family and we purchased a larger meal with extra sides. Extra sides were forgotten as usual. Customer Service was awful. Store was nasty and disgusting. Food was cold, gross, etc. The sides we did receive had hair in it. Big long strings. The thing that was the worst was calling to ask for assistance. No manager on duty, no one answering phones. Called corporate and they were extremely rude to us. Would not help or send out a coupon, anything. I will never eat at a Popeyes again. For the record I have never had bad or poor service at a KFC. Please shut this restaurant down before someone gets sick or worse.

5 starrrrsss for this popeyes, Ive never been to a place with such kind workers and so patient to help u with what u needed. They always willing to help u with their special they have. Their customer service was awesome, everytime i go there they always give you a great and kindly welcome. On the food it taste wonderful, and are fresh as well. What i love the most is their tender, it is so crispy on the outside and so tender in the inside. And their variety of sauce are just awesome. I have such great experience here at this popeye, i am so sure i will come here again, before work or after work. This place are great when u do not want to make dinner. Their family meals are very convenience as well. 5 starss..... whoot whoott..

This has got to be literally one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever had the displeasure of making a mistake of eating there. Took almost 30 mins for them to get my order to me, there was at least 4 other people in front of me looking really pissed off waiting as well. How does a fast food restaurant not have enough of their product ready for customers. It takes 4-6 mins to fry mostly anything and a bit longer for bone in chicken, that means even if you dont have anything ready it should never take longer then 10 mins for me to get my "fast" food. What a joke of a location. I wont be suprised if this place loses business and shuts down for good soon.

This popeye have the amazing service and fresh food. Like the worker are so kind, they always smile and very welcoming. They give really good service. They are happy to make changes for you, if you arent happy with any specifc thing. Their 2 pieces special are the best, like the food are really convenience and really cheap as well. For 2 piece of chickens a side dish, a biscuit and a drink for 5$$$$$ thats is like the greatest deal that you can ever find. I for sure will come here again, 5 stars for this popeye. Tho who wouldnt want to come here when the food and the service are so bomb. LOve this popeyess....
