Ive called to in to order a deliver 3 times over the last week or so. Each attempt has resulted in me being told that that they were not taking deliveries that day, or would not be able to deliver because all of their drivers were out on deliveries and the store would be closed by the time they returned. It would appear that this location does not deliver on Sundays and if you call within the last hour of business your chances of getting a delivery are sketchy at best. Jimmy Johns delivers. Every time. (And is open 3 hours later even). Urban Sub delivers. And I can practically walk to Jersey Mikes. I use to be a team member/delivery driver for E&Gs corporate store in maple grove. We took deliveries up until the doors lock (and sometimes even after). It appears that is no longer a corporate policy. Or at least is not a policy that the Plymouth store follows. Sadly this is the only location that will deliver to my location. This is not the first time Ive called for a delivery and hung up disappointed and frustrated, but, up until recently, has been an occurrence few and far between. After three different attempts on superate days over the past week, Ive finally had enough. Sad to say goodbye Plymouth E&Gs.

The door clearly says they are open until 7, we get there at 5:30 PM the door is locked, there is obsurd music blaring so loud its radiating out the locked door. So I call the facility only for the person working to tell me they close at 5 and the owner hasnt had time to change the listed time on the door. What kind of owner doesnt have time to not inconvenience their customers? Will not be returning to this establishment.

The sandwiches are inexpensive and quick. The staff is friendly. I go here for lunch rather than the cafeteria in my building for the reasons listed above.

The chilli is way too watery, not much of a chilli... Tried the baked potato soup for a change and found a long strand of hair in it. Enough said.

Always love my Narmer sandwich but Plymouth location tables could have been wiped and floors mopped since the restaurant wasnt busy.

Over never had any problems here. Good sandwiches and a decent price. Try the Beer Cheese soup!
