I have never seen the caribou coffee staff like here.i really love caribou coffee and almost store i stopped by so nice, make wonderfull drink.and i just moved to Egan erea for working,and there is a store near my work, and...today is so awful day, i order my favorite drink, Vanilla cream-pop cooler, but the lady make so bad taste and give just a little cream on top instead full cup like normal,just like she give me for free not getting pay from me, i ask she give me more and she look at me a second and add on and give back without a word, is that how they service or cause i bother them? At the same time they made for my friend Green tea sparkly , bad taste also.when i ask the receipt ,the cashier tried to take the bottom (the promotion part) quickly before give back to me???? I knew Some ladys worked here very nice, friendly, made drink really good.maybe today is not my day, i feel so bad :D

We visited this location as our first time to Caribou Coffee. We ordered a simple iced latte and a decaf coffee. The latte tasted like the coffee had been burnt. We waiting for about 10 minutes for the decaf coffee while the staff disappeared into the back room so finally I approached them to see if we were waiting for a new pot to brew or something of the like and it turned out they had just forgotten to pour it for us. There were only about 3 other people in the place at the time so not sure why it was hard to remember two simple coffees. Will probably try Caribou again but not this location for sure.

We just stopped in at the drive thru. Nobody said anything so we drove around and the sign on the front said "OPEN" online it said it opens at 6:30am so while sitting in the drive thru I called and someone answered the phone and I asked if they open at 6:30am since it is now 6:35am and he said "yeah, but I just got here so itll be another 5 minutes" NOPE. I left. Horrible service. Savage MN location

Normally this is an awesome caribou, but today must have been a really BAD day. Had to tell the girl 3x my order, and it wasnt even busy....then when I told the girl my tea tasted like flavored water she rolled her eyes....so I took my $3.21 flavored water and left...wasnt about to get into it with what looked like a 16 yr old girl....sad...just sad.

Ive usually been pleased with this caribou except this time I went I was not happy. Not happy. First of all the cashier messed up my order and I had to go back up and have her fix it and she didnt even apologize,then they ran out of sparkling water, and didnt put the lid on my drink right and it spilt on me. Next time Im going to Starbucks.

Caribou far exceeds the big national chain! I swear the espresso shots are twice the size of that national chain and I believe they cost less! I just wish one was a little closer to my house, the closest 2 are about 15 min away, guess thats standard for suburban living though

Friendly staff but extremely slow service. Didnt used to be like this but since they added the drive-thru this is what ypu can expect. They need an extra set of machines and staff for busy times as they are not adequately prepared for them.

Sort of awkward to have two Baristas on opposite sides of the store, one for drive through and the other for in house orders. The seating is in the middle with a few couches. Coffee here is typical.

Loud, busy, and warm. This place might always be packed but it has a great atmosphere and is a good place for friends to meet or to take a few minutes to relaz with some great coffee.

Awful experience. Ordered my 2 for $22 beans and they gave me one bag of decaf reindeer blend. We were in line for 35 minutes and didnt even receive a sorry. I left with no coffee.
