The worker was no help at all. I went on Tuesday and wanted to open a caribou perks account and she said I couldnt and it would take to long and charged me $10 when if she let me sign up it would be 2 for $5. So I went on the official website, and signed up. I was able to sign up easily and got the 2 for $5 deal after going to a different caribou location. This particular worker was training someone and the person being trained was way nicer and understanding to me. But the trainer was very rude and seemed crabby. Not going back, going to a different location later.

I love going to this Caribou! They are very friendly!! Even when they are busy the employees seem calm and try to get my drink out as fast as possible. If a customer treats employees with a bad attitude they should expect to receive the same attitude back. The manager is really nice and loves to talk about new products! RANDY is my favorite! He is super nice and is ready to make my drink the second I walk through the door! Thank you Caribou Staff!!!!! :D your the best part of my day!

I like Caribou Coffee in general, and this location is pretty good overall. Once in a while Ill get a couple chocolate covered coffee beans w/ my mocha (normally you just get one), and about 65% of the time the person at the serving window is really friendly. But there is a decent chance (roughly 35% for me) when Ill run into a barista who is less-than-friendly (not "chick-fil-a" quality. But then again, this is Caribou, not cfa). I just try to smile extra to make up for it :)

I sat at the front counter for 10 minutes without any help, i even yelled "excuse me" and "hello" multiple times. I made eye contact with the workers that were standing in the backroom, laughing. This isnt the first time either. Every time i go in i get HORRIBLE customer service. I work in the service industry as well, and this was just stupid.

Ive always had really positive experiences with this Caribou location. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Recently, I had an issue with my order and the staff quickly offered to fix this issue when I brought it to their attention at no extra hassle to me. I will continue to frequent this Caribou location.

My friend ordered a chai with almond milk (because they are lactose intolerant) and the barista accidentally made it without but immediately noticed her mistake and remade the drink! She was very kind and even gave me a little extra of my cooler as an apology. Im very grateful for baristas like this :)

the girls working were not friendly and completely got our drinks wrong.Besides our drinks being wrong, I also didnt receive a receipt of the purchase. Overall very disappointed, not worth $12 for two incorrect beverages.

It was a good place to plug in my laptop and work on schoolwork quietly. The food tasted pretty meh, but the drinks were good enough. Stuff was priced well and the employees and customers tend to be rather respectful.

Just stopped and got a berry white mocha at 630am July 28th and it was made by a younger guy with blonde hair and IT IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD! And i drink ALOT of them! Keep up the good work!

Im partial to Caribous coffee, and it was a nice place to hang out and have coffee with a friend. It was busy, but we didnt have any trouble getting a small table.

This is the slowest Caribou Ive ever been to. Ive tried multiple time and each time spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru.
