Very unprofessional !! This place has decent food but pathetic service. And unfortunately we experienced it not once but twice in 2 days :( There was a lady staff who was so rude, was going shouting all over the place and murmuring unpleasant words at us. The reason was she kept couple of water glasses on one table thinking we will sit there but the other guy gave us a different table, not sure how that was our fault that she started shouting on us. The other staff said sorry and said she is upset with something else so we thought may be its one off day and ignored. The next day we went there for dinner, on their website its mentioned that they are open till 10 PM but when we reached there at 9.25 they said they are close. We requested them to atleast provide us a ToGo but the person present at the reception after checking with Kitchen staff said "THEY ARE NOT READY TO COOK MORE FOOD and I can not do anything". LOL..looked like kitchen staff is ruling them, dude if that is the case and your kitchen staff can not cook after 9 PM then accordingly change the Restaurant timings too at your website, that will do a lot of good to you and people like us as well, and people would be able to plan better. Agree that they have got good food but then in Minneapolis we can get same or may be better food at so many indian restaurants that its not worth at the expense of unprofessional behavior. NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, NEVER.

My wife and I are big fans of this place. We had been craving for good Indian food after moving to St. Paul and after havng tried restaurants like Bombay Palace, India palace, india house and others of the like and not meeting our expectations at all. We found Paradise Biryani Pointe is hands down the best amongst Indian restaurants in terms of the quality and taste. Be it buffet or ala carte south indian dosas or hyderabadi biryanis its simply fabulous. I am a foodie and a food critic but i have yet find a flaw with their quality and taste which remains their moto. The service with a smile is another great plus point. Strongly recommend every indian to go relive the taste from back home and every non-indian to go check out what great indian food is all about. Stop getting fooled anymore by India Palaces, India houses, Bombay palaces and the like.

Let me start off with the service. Me and my roommate went there for buffet and I think service was great. I have no complains for the service, the water was filled constantly, dish plates were taken away on time. The ambience was good, decorations and everything was OK, I would just come down to food. The food was great, but it could have been far greater. I am a vegeterian and I felt like there were less options for main course. They could have added dal but in the main dish for me I only found mixed dried vegetable and paneer Tikka masala. If they could just add little bit more veg food and daal or lentils it would be great for vegeterian people like me. Although I enjoyed Panner tikka masala and cauliflower my rice was dry without lentil. All in all, price point was good, service good and food ok

Came for a family dinner and everyone loved it. The food was delicious! It was a great mix of northern and southern Indian specialties. Apparently the menu for the buffet changes regularly - I wish we lived closer to check that out. Please figure out the service before you complain! Obviously, most people order just water with their lunch buffet. If you want something else, just ask for it. Our water glasses were filled many times by a smiling waiter during our meal. Afterwards, go up to the cashier to pay instead of waiting for a bill at the table. The idli sambar, curries, and vegetable biryani were fabulous. It was worth the hour and 20 minute drive to get there.

I enjoyed my visit at Paradise very much. I didnt have a lot of experience with Indian cuisine, but going to a buffet was perfect so that I could choose my portion and get to try a little of everything! The food was fresh and ready to go during the lunch hour. They had just as many vegetarian options as they did meat dishes. The waiting staff was attentive and friendly. I tried their mango lassi smoothie and it was quite delicious. They even have a couple options for dessert, mango pudding and rice kheer, which were sweet and refreshing. I felt the value for the buffet here was priced at the right amount and will definitely return to eat there again!

Horrible food and horrible service. Taste really sucks, smells rotten. Same frozen curry is used for all vege’s. Owners relative work there for waitress and gives no respect even if you pay tips. Once I had food poising after eating here. How gross food can be, I learnt here.Only their owners are giving it good rating. Don’t go there unless you burn money and they are not cheap. All options are above 12$ which is common anywhere else. We have other good Indian restaurants nearby where I have started going. You suck guys!!!

Went to the Saturday buffet. Place was good. Out of the items in the buffet liked only the sambhar and onion bajji !!! Onion bajji was excellent and perfect. It was crispy and tasty. Taste of other dishes were not good. The non veg also didnt taste good. Chicken 65 was ok probably if it was hot would have tasted better. I saw that you have good reviews so thought will try out but disappointed. Probably the a la carte would have been nice.

Waited 50 minutes without ever getting my order taken (and there were only 3 other tables with people at them: 2-3 people at each table, so its not like it was packed, and there were 3 guys working). Whenever they came by to fill my water (which was like every 15 min) I asked if I could order and was told "2 minutes." Never happened. Now I did see a lot of people come in for pick-up orders, so maybe thats the way to go?

Im surprised by all the negative reviews. Just had lunch buffet here with my wife and it was awesome. Im not an expert on Indian food but I have sampled many around the country and this is in the my top 10. There was a wide variety of dishes and breads to try and they were delicious. And for only 11 clams it was a bargain. My wife commented the floor was sticky. The service was fine and the food was hot and fresh.

Not able to give below 1 star. The worst ever service and unhygienic food with unclean environment + insects flying all around food table . Please stay away from this place. The manager and people work there dont know how to treat a customer and very horrible experience. I dont recommend this paradise to any of my friends for sure and it is not worth spending money .

We were unsure on our first visit, but we were extremely surprised. We ordered the goat biryani and the paradise chicken curry. The presentation was fabulous, just look at the pictures! I have to say that the Biryani was good, but the curry was amazing!!! So tasty you could eat spoonfuls of the gravy.I would definitely recommend this place. Youll dream of curry.
