My friend introduced me to Which Wich, and at first my experience was great, but slowly went downhill from there. Every Wednesday for 3 or 4 months my friend and I would order our lunches online to save time. I typically would go and pick up the order, which included the sandwich plus chips and drink and/or a krispie too, only to find that our meals were not completely ready to go. I would pickup the sandwiches at the order pickup window, but then had to cut in line at the register to show the manager that we also ordered chips and drink so that I could get our drink cups. Many people in line did no like this, and I dont blame them. Only once were the chips and drink cups in a bag with our sandwiches. My final visit was last Wednesday were I came in with our online orders and yet again had to repeat what I mentioned above. On this visit though it was not busy, so when I was at the register to get our drink cups I asked the manager why I had to go through this process when I order online? I stated that my orders should be ready for me when I pick it up like any other take-out would be. He told me when they get busy they sometimes cant accommodate putting it all together. I looked at him and then looked around the room and stated that it was not busy, so what was the problem this time? His response was that they were training someone new. Oh please! After this visit I made my decision to no longer patron this place. I also want to mention that 7 out of 16 times my sandwich was not made correctly. There were times I paid for double meat or cheese and did not get it. Several times I received wheat bread when I always ordered white bread. Tomatoes would be on my sandwich when I never asked for them. I could go on but I feel I have made my point. In the end I have decided to go back to Subway. Their food is just as fresh and I get to make it to order. Yeah they dont have an online service, but given the horrible online service I received at Which Wich I might as well order in person and supervise how my sandwich is made because clearly Which Wich couldnt get it right almost have the time. Sorry to say folks but Which Wich food quality and ingredients are no more superior than Subways.

Went to this location on my 30 minute lunch break, at 4pm on a Tuesday. Walked in and there was one lady filling out her bag. There was someone behind the counter with a flannel shirt and some gross hat that he stole from the movie set of fargo. It was blue in color and gross looking. He took the lays order, then mine and at that time 3 people came up behind me to place a order. A girl with blue hair came out of the back and took there order while the blue hat guy and her continued to talk. The other three peoples orders were placed and the blue hat guy very slowly started making sandwiches, the whole time still talking to the blue hair girl. Every time she would say something, he would stop what he was doing and listen to her. A few minutes later another guy came from the back and started helping the blue hat guy. The whole time, the blue haired girl stood at the register and played on her phone and talking to the blue hat guy. Finally after 25 minutes, my sandwich was finally placed in my bag and my name was called. This is terrible customer service. I will not be going back there. I will go to the Jimmy Johns across the street where I can get a sandwich in less than 5 minutes. If I was the owner of this store I would pissed if my employees acted like this. I will also be making a complaint through the website for which which.

YUM! What a tasty sandwich experience! A lot of paper waste which I am not a huge fan of but whatever, its America. I like the different sandwich combos and the style of the place. Its like Chipotle meets Subway. COOL! ALSO - the staff was super friendly and courteous! I had ordered a soup towards the end of business day and when I sent it back because it was cold they were more than happy to replace it with a new cup without any questions asked. Aweeeee! I got my punch card and I will definitely be back for more.

Which which is HANDS down the best sandwich shop out there. In a market segment that has almost too many options, this chain stands out for its variety of toppings/condiments and almost limitless options. I cannot recommend enough. The only reason for the four stars is the service at this location was particularly slow on the day I visited. Not typical in my experience and as this is a newer store, I am sure they will turn it around. (or perhaps it was a symptom of the weekend.)

Been to a few of these around the metro. I do like the sandwiches and all the options but probably not a good choice if youre in a hurry or need to grab something fast. Good for off-peak times. Had the Shrimp Bahn Mai today. Great sandwich, reminds me of something you would get at a trendy food truck downtown. Hope the keep it. 4 stars for the concept and food. Holding one back because of speed.

Great food, very clever variety. Unacceptable wait times, 15 minutes or more on occasion. Which I dont understand because I can see them working hard behind the counter. They must get a lot of web orders I guess. The layout could be better considering how long you have to wait after you put in your order as well.

Just go to the one in Eden Prairie. The amount of time you spend in the car will be far less than the 32 minutes I had to wait for my sandwich today. I dont know how these guys handle lunch and dinner rushes, but if its anything like this, then youll be waiting forever.

I went here a month ago or so and wow, what a tasty sandwich! There are so many possibilities and I cant wait to try a different one every time. It is a nice twist on a sub shop and Ill be there quite a few times since its a 5 minute drive from where I live!

Which Wich is one of my favorite sandwich destinations. Definitely better than Subway and Id say on par with Potbelly. The employees were friendly and upbeat which just adds to the experience. Solid choice if youre looking for a sandwich.

Get some more people behind the counter. 2 people working with 20 subs to be made. Also, printed out an online order and hung it right in front of us when we were already waiting at the register. "People typically spend far too long here"

They have great subs, I love coming here for lunch. I will not be returning anymore because the service is the worst Ive ever seen. Two employees for the lunch rush. There were 15 subs in front of us for my half hour lunch. Unacceptable.

I like which which, but today was my first time at this location and I waited 35 minutes for my small sub. It shouldnt take over a half of an hour to get a sandwhich. Service was too slow and I will never be back to this location.
