To start, can I just not rate it at all? Went there a couple of Saturdays ago for dinner; yeah, no kids. Walked in and there were three young girls sitting there talking. Took them about 5 second to even acknowledge us. We must have interrupted their slumber party. One of the girls said, "just two of you?" and when we said yes, she took two menus and just ran off not even looking behind her to see if we were following her. I wish I would have thought quicker and not have followed her. lol. As we were trying to keep up, because she was about 15 yards ahead of us, she NEVER once looked back once. I saw her in the distance plop the menus on a table and walk away. There were open booths all around. My wife and I walked up to the table where she dropped the menu and just stood there looking at each other and just decided to sit down. Then one of those socialites came with some chip and salsa and plopped them on the table without a word or any eye contact. And of course, just walked away. Finally the server came, we got some drinks and she took our order. I ordered the Chimichanga. I have ordered this at many, many Mexican restaurants so I know what its supposed to be. But when I cut into it, I noticed it wasnt deep-fried as they are supposed to be and as they are described on the menu. It was just rolled up in a tortilla shell. When I brought this up to the server, she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Really! Some young girl with short blond hair. You have to listen to this explanation: She tried to assure me it was deep-fried. When I told her that I can tell its not, because the tortilla is soft and I can see that its not deep-fried, she said, "When they put cheese on the chimichanga, after its cooked, it will become soft". Seriously. I just stared at here like, "do you think Im stupid or something". The little dummy should have got the manager because it was clear she was way over her head with the lack of training. I just conceded and said it was good and Ill just eat it. My wifes fajitas were good. Now other ridiculous issues: I started smelling what I thought was Windex. And yes, I was correct. The same girl that brought us our chips and salsa was walking around with a bottle of Windex spraying the empty tables down like she was nuts. WINDEX IS NOT AN APPROVED FOOD SANITIZER YOU IDIOT! But if you do persist on using it, you NEED to wipe the table down with a wash clothe. That was effen ridiculous! Another thing: in the middle of dinner, I heard some commotion in the center of the restaurant. There was the manager, if that what you want to call him, conducting a team meeting right there. He and about 8 employees standing there in a circle chatting and laughing. How uncomfortable and unprofessional. I do have the receipt and was thinking about calling regarding the aforementioned experience, but the truth of the matter is there is absolutely no way Ill ever eat there again so a gift card means nothing. Moral of the story: This restaurant couldnt care less about customers dining experiences. They were busy not didnt seem overwhelmed. Like I said, I still have my receipt and am still contemplating calling corporate about this experience. You want a great authentic Mexican restaurant that NEVER disappoints? Try FIESTA LOCA in Osceola, WI. They also have one in Hudson. Now thats great Mexican food with great atmosphere service, pricing and no buyer’s remorse. FYI: I am not an owner of this restaurant but a happy repeat patron.

I came here in a group of ten. We were the first ones there at lunch. Service was terrible to the point of hostile. (Yes, we were a large group, but it was literally an empty restaurant when we arrived.) I ordered the taco lunch special. I got three tortillas with some ground beef. "Um, dont the tacos come with lettuce and cheese?" "Oh you have to ASK for that," the server snottily says and storms off. (Really? Because the menu specifically says the taco comes with lettuce and cheese.) I also never got the rice or beans that were supposed to come with it. One guy in our group never got his order because she forgot to write his order down. One guy ordered fajitas and she never brought his tortillas. One woman ordered a quesadilla and it was cold inside. And heres the best part: One guy ordered some kind of burrito. After he took a bite, he realized the server brought him the wrong order. It was supposed to go to the guy next to him. So she storms off with the wrong burrito, brings the first guy his correct order, and comes back with a "new" burrito for the second guy. But it was CLEARLY the first guys burrito! It had been re-plated, but it had the same two cuts all the way through the burrito that the first guy had made, and there were bits of meat in the rice, as if, you know, someone had dropped some off a fork. (Also, she brought it back to the table in two minutes, which, really? You just happened to have another one of these sitting up there ready to go?) WTF? The server said, "Well, we had a chicken one and a beef one back there, so I had to cut it to see which one it was." Thats ridiculous -- no kitchen on earth has to have a server make two cuts entirely through an entree to determine its contents. Unbelievable. I literally cannot believe that restaurant. It felt like someone was trying to punk us.

If only I could give negative stars. Ive been here quite a few times over the years since 2010. This place was my jam in middle school and high school. but I was here today thinking I was gonna get some bomb enchiladas. and the first thing I noticed was the weirdly room-tempered salsa. Nothing wrong with room temperature, but it tasted as if it had been sitting out already for the entire day. Our food came fast which was nice-- but also concerning because how does it take 10 minutes to make all that food? must have already been pre made or something who knows, it sucked anyway. my mom immediately got sick. and shes gotten sick before a few times we didnt go together, but she threw up on their property and they did nothing, not even a refund. they tried telling her that it was something else getting her sick. but now im feeling sick too and I felt it in the salsa. im not one to complain or write google reviews. but let me tell you, this place is nasty, unreasonably priced (im cheap though so who knows), and the staff that was there in particular were just dismissive about the while thing. yeah dont go unless you like food poisoning and below mediocre service. we called the manager to let them know my mom got food poisoning and he just dismissed that too and didnt even apologize or care. Ordered food for take out because of my short lunch schedule. Called and phone was promptly picked up and was greeted very nicely and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful, after placing my order the nice lady told me it would be ready to pick up in 5 minutes...I was hesitant if they make the food fresh since its such a short wait...upon receiving my food everything smelled great! opened the containers for my chicken tostadas, rice, and chips and salsa, but food was not good. tostadas should be crunchy not soggy and chicken looked like it was cooked in a pot of grease. Mexican rice was ok but the stale chips I chose to scoop them up with ruined it. very displeased with the quality of food and freshness, hopefully I just ordered on a bad day and this is not a common occurrence.
