This location is hands down the worst in the metro. Went there for lunch and there was one person making burritos and no one at the cash register. This is at 1pm!. The line was to the door and snaking around the tables. No sense of urgency from the lone employee, she just kept plugging away. My group walked out. Two weeks ago the line was to the door, but there were a couple people behind the counter. It took me twenty minutes to get from the door to the cash register. The people behind the counter are completely lifeless and could care less if they serve a quality product. Its been like this at this location for most of the year. Ive given up, it honestly is faster to drive to Woodbury and get a burrito than it is to stand in line at the Stillwater store. I would also agree that this is the dirtiest store. The tables and counters are rarely wiped down. You would think with everything going on with this company they would be sterilizing the place constantly. When the old employees worked (and I mean worked! You know who Im talking about) those folks would stop the line, wipe everything down and then move on. There was always someone wiping tables and filling napkins. You would think that since every person through the door is a $10 bill in the register they would have a decent enough business to have enough people to do the job and do it right. Boo Stillwater Chipotle. I fear your days of staying open are numbered. Customers dont appreciate this poor customer service.

I heard a lot about how good this place was so we decided to try it. it was crowded and loud. The food wasnt as good as i had heard it was a little disappointing. Staff took our order, brought the food and then didnt return until the check came. All in all i dont think it was worth the 1/2 hour wait for seating or the 40 minute drive to get there. will not be going back.

We love Chipolte, but this location is inconsistent with their food preparation. Sometimes, the guac and chips are tasteless. It was so bad about a month ago that I wanted to call management. I asked about it the next time I went and the girl ringing us up stated it completely depends on who makes it......yikes!!!! Please dont forget the salt and lime ever again:)

We went there for lunch today. The sign on the door says they open at 11. However it was 11:10 and the doors were locked. Workers inside cooking and looking at us but no one would come open the door. There were 3 other people trying to get lunch as well. We went else where and on our way back there were 5-10 people standing outside the door. Bad business.

This was our first time eating at Chipotle. My first impression walking in was it seemed dirty - we almost left. Ordered a bowl - they were waiting on the chicken - wait staff was not very friendly. After all the bad publicity they received you would think they would keep things extra clean. Was not impressed with this store. The food was okay.

The place was filthy. Chipotle is great food as usual. This time the store was messy as heck! The counter, where they were prepping food, was a mess. There were different food/fixings falling into each other. The guacamole was brown, and should have been changed. Worst Chipotle experience Ive ever had. Needs a lot of improvement or leadership.

Good service. Sometimes. Dont order online otherwise theyll cut the amount of meat in half. Sometimes the place is picked up and other times its a huge mess. Usually have better quality everything around dinner time compared to lunch time but it depends on the day. This place is horribly inconsistent with overall quality of food/service.

I love Chipotle but unfortunately this location is not great at all. I agree with another reviewer that it feels almost dirty. They didnt seem busy when I visited which I assume accounted for the food not looking fresh and healthy as I expect at Chipotle. The Woodbury branch is much much better.

Hit and miss. The staff usually spend more time talking to each other than listening to you. They are usually out of something. This is the only location I have been told this. Dont bother putting your order online because it will never be ready when you get there. Then some days its ok.

Long waits, too congested and location makes parking hard, so bad that parking by starbucks is the only option. The food is across the board with all the others and you can expect all the normal loud atmosphere but my goodness such a wait.
