As i stood in line i watched a worker clean the ten tables in the middle of the restaurant. She srayed the rag and sloppily wiped the top of the tables all the while brushing the rice onto the chairs and not even cleaning the entire tables. I certainly hope the cleaniness behind the counter where the food is prepared is much cleaner that as this was absolutely disgusting! As we check ou Bophar 1 assited tonight, rushed us through the line would not take my chiptopia card since she already took my money to pay for my meal. I told her i wanted to return and repurchase she would not do this for me. She then told me to go on line to add it to the card she "believed" you could do this. I said you "believe" really, just so you know there is certainly no where on line that does it gives you the option to add to your card. SOOOO DISCUSTED I CANNOT EVEN EAT THE MEAL FROM THERE, DOGS WILL LIKE IT!

I am a big fan of small Mexican restaurants with evidence of their authenticity such as proprietors that are recent immigrants. Chipotle is not that. It is big corporate Mexican food at its best. My wife and I tend to visit Chipotle a lot because our two sons ages 1 and 3 like the cheese quesidilla almost as much as I love the Steak Fajita. It beats going to be McDonalds and fighting with the other hordes of parents with bratty kids that never want to expand their childrens food horizons. This location in Hudson WI was very fast and the steak was perfectly cooked(medium well). Most locations will over cook the steak fajitas so to find a location that can cook steak the way it was meant to be cooked is a real treat. You cannot beat Chipotle in any way it is the Subway of Mexican food.

This place is ALWAYS busy, as in line-all-the-way-back busy, and not only during mealtimes, but random, off-peak times of the day. The reason for the crowd isnt because this location is just that awesome, its because it is the absolute SLOWEST Chipotle of all time! They always seem to be understaffed, with maybe two employees serving the entire line of customers at a given time. And although I understand its a monotonous food service job, a majority of the staff act like they hate you. Its Chipotle, so the food is fine. However, if you decide to give this location a shot, allow yourself at least 45 minutes (or just drive to Woodbury and be back with time to spare).

Used to go here a lot, but no more. Was there recently, and the staff was terrible. Particularly the manager. I ordered and paid for chips, and they didnt place them on the tray. I nicely asked the manager for my chips, and she grabbed a bag and threw them at me. Keep in mind, I had been nothing but pleasant and kind during the entire (very short) conversation. Her attitude and behavior was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. And, on top of that, the restaurant was filthy. All of the tables were dirty, trash bins were full and the restaurant was generally grimy. Wont be going to Chipotle anymore...

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Im standing in line and finally get to my turn, the lady ask me what I want, I tell her! Then she pulls out some printout and proceeds to leave me standing there, WTF! Maybe they need a couple business classes to learn that you always help the customer in front of you. Im f@ucking done with chipotle, Ill take my money somewhere they want to sell there product. Not allow people to cut the line by using some online order system. Ever hear of first come first serve? This chipotle hasnt Im done with this crap

Excellent food but the service at this location is sooooooooooooo slow. I visit this location a few times a month, and regardless of when you get there, if its anytime around lunch, the line is always out the door....because it always takes 15 minutes to get to the food line! The food gets 5 stars, but the service gets 1 star. I wish the other Chipolte 20 minutes away was closer, because they dont have this staffing problem. Management should address this issue!

The food was good, but the service was absolutely SO slow. It took our family 30 minutes to go through the line and the staff continued to take online orders as the line was out the door! At least assign one staff for online orders, and the rest to attend to the people waiting. I have always known chipotle to be speedy fast, so this was ridiculous! If you order at this location, your best bet would be to to order online to avoid the wait!

I really wish Chipotle would come out with some kinda coupon, or punch card so that people can earn money off or a free burrito! Other than that this is my favorite Chipotle there the only place that actually puts stiff on your Burrito and dont load it with rice! <3 One downfall I wish that there meat was cooked consistently, one day is good another day is burnt and all you can taste is burnt food!

Ive been to this Chipotle and many others multiple times; Im finally reviewing this location because the staff here are overall unbelievably dead in the face and extremely slow. The meat quality in particular is sub par and often cold... and the service is extremely slow. I waited 3 minutes just to get help with no line. Sad. Hire better staff.

Service is unbelievably slow. Had to ask for more meat on my tacos, as they only had the pieces of steak on each of them. Did not get the lettuce I asked for. I found it unsettling that both workers had hair hanging in their face unrestrained. Used to be one of our favorite places to stop for a quick meal bit has really gone down hill.

First you should know I am huge advocate of Chipotle. But I would not order online again. They have made big mistakes on 4/5 orders. Wrong meat, missing salsa, missing tortilla. They definitely cut corners for online. The line is too long at lunch to wait. Not a hater just saying this location needs to work on quality

The only good thing about this place is that the restrooms are clean. The meat is burnt and the portions are small in comparison to other chipotles. The floors and the table tops are dirty and no one attempting to clean them. Thanks for the disappointing lunch. Ugh!

This location has wonderful employees (especially Melinda!) who work their butts off for you! I never feel like my order is skimped on, and online ordering makes everything even faster! I would go out of my way to go this specific Chipotle location!

This place is miserable. The only reason its always packed is because its so understaffed. They over cook their steak and Ive never seen people hate their job so much in my life. I feel bad for anyone that works here, dont apply, its a nightmare.

One of the busiest Chipotles that I have visited. As always great food but because it is exceptionally busy, knocked it down a star. Not completely their fault, as Chipotles are normally busy but this location is a little slower than others.

Terrible. Very disappointed with the service. As someone who gets only a few ingredients on their bowl due to allergies youd think they would listen to what you are ordering instead of just doing their own thing... kinda a bummer.
