I L-O-V-E this place! The food is always fantastic, the service is always great, and they hardly ever have a wait! They actually use real fresh veggies in their dishes, rather than those sauce slathered lumps that you find at other places. They are pretty much take out, but do have some dining room, which means that they dont have stuff just sitting in back already made. Its made to order when you call or walk in. You can usually see them working away quicker than you can blink when you come in to pick it up. Their menu is extensive and includes something for anyone that has a taste for oriental cuisine could find appetizing. Its family owned and you can tell. It may be take out, but its defintley not a filthy hole in the wall that you usually come across. The interior is always spotless and tastefully decorated. From the guy at the counter to the cooks in the back you can tell that it is a family affair and they put their desire to serve their customers and fulfill their dream in every call and order they take. There has only been one occasion when they had forgotten part of our order, before we realized it, they had called back and were delivering a double order to us, even though it was snowing and slick for the inconvenience they we didnt even know about yet. The driver declined the tip even though I was insistant on giving him one for their excellent diligence to service. We have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to pick up an order, no matter how large. And never more than a half hour for delivery on the occassions that we did ask for it. If you ask me, now thats service!

Second time eating at Bamboo Garden in the last year. First time it was alright, so we thought wed try it again. This time it was TERRIBLE. Not sure if they changed chefs or what, but we had sesame chicken, lo mein, and fried rice. The chicken was completely chewy and fatty - not a single bite of white meat. It was all mystery meat, quite literally. When you cut a piece in half, it didnt even look like chicken. The lo mein had no flavor at all and the noodles and veggies were soggy. Fried rice was the only thing that was ok, but still not great. We wont be going back.

I dont understand the recent bad reviews of this place. I have ordered food here several times over the years & never had any problems. Tonight was no different. I was really glad they had the "H" menu items for food prepared in a healthier way. The lady who took my order/rung me up is practicing her English by repeating what I said. Props to her for trying to get better. I am pleased with my food & will order from there again.

The girl taking my order over the phone was yelling and exasperated because I was asking about how many egg rolls are in an order. She kept saying oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Over the phone cos I was asking questions about the menu. Really?! Whatever happened to customer service at this place? I cant speak for the food quality yet. But I promise to come back and write on that. I just had to get this off my chest first!

I had an order that included shrimp egg they did not deliver that. Called them got an chinese lady could not understand each call I made. A guy then answered and told me I called 5 times and I tried to explain what I wamted and I said I would give my order, and he talk to the lady in background and then he hung up on me! WOW GREAT PLACEE

Im not one to write reviews but this place is one of the few warranting that attention. The food is good, but the customer service is whats going to bring you back for more. They are extremely friendly and well mannered, total 5 out of 5.

Ive had their egg foo young a few times and it is delicious. Doesnt cost much and could feed two or three people. Took about ten minutes, I ran to Walgreens while I waited. Staff was friendly enough. The egg rolls are pretty decent, too.

Be careful if you are a vegetarian!! The lunch special ($6.25) comes with chicken fried rice so you need to ask for white. Other than that it is a good, cheap Chinese restaurant with decent vegetarian options.

This is the worst lunch I ever had. I have had diarrhea since easters. If you put the chicken in a slingshot, you could hunt for deer. Maybe bears.
