Gross. I ordered delivery from here tonight and I got a large soup, large chicken fried rice and two egg rolls for $15. Definitely not a good deal, but in all fairness about what I expected. The fried rice came a neon orange color (I thought I ordered Asian, not Mexican?) and was for sure unseasoned. Im also 99% sure the chicken was boiled and then added. Theres also definitely not any soy sauce in it and although Im not Asian, Im pretty sure thats essential to fried rice. When I called to let them know I was disappointed the woman just made excuses including, "Well, um... Our fried rice comes orange unless your request brown." (I let her know she might want to inform people of that in the future since thats not at all typical.) The egg rolls were literally the smallest I have ever seen and at $1.50 each not worth it at all. The soup was definitely homemade which I can appreciate, but is pretty gross; It tastes like barbeque sauce. Would never order from here again or recommend it to anyone I like, youd be better off getting a Lean Cuisine.

I was so excited to finally find a Chinese restaurant in my area that delivered that I was willing to set aside the terrible reviews and give it a shot. Now I wish I hadnt! Earlier today I called to place my order and didnt have any problems with the girl who took it as some others have before me. It arrived in a timely manner, smelled wonderful and the driver was courteous if not friendly. Unfortunately, it was the worst General Tsos chicken Ive ever had. I really wanted to like it but I couldnt even finish half, just ate my cream cheese wontons and the rest went in the garbage. I might try them again sometime for a different dish if Im really hard up but until then, my search continues!

This place is okay , since its not far away . but hate how delivery takes forever ! , and i only live like 9-10 blocks away. But the food is okay. I been ordering from here for like 1 years now, but only like once every 2-3 months. The food isnt all that good. Ive had some bad times , and good times. I understand that they busy whatsoever. But yeah, customer service is bad. I got told by a little girl or boy, who said they didnt sell fried rice with the dinner combo . like wth. My Dinner Platter didnt come with fried rice?which was a lie, she/he said they dont do dinner combos and stuff.. like okay. but i guess ill try again.

Tonight we ordered from Great Dragon for the second time and for the second time, it was horrible. First of all, it took over an hour and a half for the order to be delivered after we were told it would take 45 minutes. Second, there was so much food spilled in the bag, the bottom fell out of it the minute I put it on our counter. Third, because the food took so long it was very cold. We didnt eat any of it. We are now waiting for pizza to be delivered. We will never again order from here as this is exactly how the first order went. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery and terrible food.

I called for delivery 2 hours ago. The rude 16 year old girl said it would "only" take 1.5 hours I told her it was ok as long it only took 1.5 hours. when time was up i called politely to say do you know when the delivery person was coming? she stated "I told you it would take 1.5 hours!" i was shocked and responded " yes its 2 hours now" then she hung up the phone.... I will never order from them ever again. If you hear a bitchy 16 y/o just go to leann chin its not worth the starvation or frustration. She was such a B&**ch! the food is not that good. but eh service on the phone was horrible...

It took an hour to deliver my food, which I will give them credit and they said they it would take between 30 minutes to an hour. But once the food got to my door I was not impressed at all. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp, and my shrimp was coated in a thick cornmeal batter. Terrible! Fried shrimp is supposed to have a thin coating of breading, and this was way too much. More breading than shrimp. I took one bite and could not eat the rest. Will not order again. Please learn how to cook food correctly! You cannot cut corners on your food in a restaurant and expect to be successful!

Ate at great dragon today and it was definitely one of my worst sit down dining experiences. My friends and I sat waiting unattended for at least 45 minutes before we went back up to the counter to find out what happened. At that point, they asked US what we had ordered! We regretably got our meals after over 50 minutes served to us in not-so-appetizing styro-foam boxes. One would truly hope for a delicious meal after all this...Instead, what we got was just plain bad. How do you mess up Sesame chicken?!

This has been my favorite place to eat chinese food ever since i was a little kid i swear by their pork fried rice and general tso chicken also chicken wings are very good and lo meins are probablly my favorite i like the house lo mein that comes with veggies shrimp pork chicken and beef this will always be an important place for me in my life the food is the absolute best and they also deliver its kind of spendy but the best that chinese food in minnesota hands down!

This place sucks, i ordered general tsos chicken and it was too hard to eat, either over done or had sat for hours, and then i was going to be nice enough to grace them with my business, and they wouldnt deliver to me if i didnt order $15 worth, i told them to charge me 15 if they have to, i didnt care, she just got an attitude, like the other times i ordered from this poor excuse of chinese food. Dont waste your money. Or your time waiting, service is super slow.

Every single time I have ordered food they deliver it missing something. The girl on the phone had the nerve to ask me if I really need my rice!!!! Yes!!!! I paid for it and I didnt want a credit to my address because I never plan on spending my money there AGAIN. It alwayssss takes way too long to get to my house and the favor of the food is bland. Im sticking to Wongs Kitchen!!! Much better service and the food is wayyyyy better!!

This place always delivered to our apartment in downtown St. Paul. Now all of a sudden some guy answers and says that they have never delivered to this apartment complex. Am I just making this up?! This is unacceptable. We used to love getting food from here, but I wouldnt call here since you never know when they are going to say that they wont deliver to your place anymore.
