I had company in from out of town who loves pizza hut and doesnt have it where he lives. So I ordered the triple threat box which has two medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a chocolate chip cookie pizza. I placed my order and got a conformation email telling me what time my pizza would be delivered and how much it cost. A half hour after I placed my order I got a call from pizza hut telling me that they were out of chocolate chip cookies and I could choose from either a chocolate thing (not sure what it was called because the lady on the phone was hard to understand ) or cinnamon sticks! I chose the chocolate thing because I was curious as to what it was. I then sat around for another half hour waiting for my pizza to get here. It finally showed up and as I look at the receipt that had doubled the cost and charged me $49.99 instead of the $24.17 it was supposed to be! I called the store and they told me it was something I did while I called to place my order when I got a conformation email saying that I was only going to be charged $24.17 so they doubled it on their own in the store and then told me that it was my fault the delivery guy had nothing to say about it and they didnt even try to fix it just told me that the general manager will call tomorrow. Once I finally opened my box of food they also got half of my order when and even though they called to confirm which dessert I wanted, they didnt even give me the one I ordered. This is a TERRIBLE location. I would have brushed the wait time and wrong order off to the side and probably would have gone back again if they didnt double my charge and do nothing about it!

I would just like to start off by saying that I was really annoyed by the service I got on the phone To add to that, the servers attitude towards us was very atrocious. He rushed us throughout the whole order. He had a bad attitude too. When we finished our order he told us the total and that it would be ready in 30 minutes when we went to go pick it up. I do admit to having made the mistake of saying carry out instead of delivery. I did immediately apologize but the man seemed to not care he rushed us more and got even more upset with us. By this point I was just ready to hang up the phone and be done with this terrible service. By the end of the call he referred us to another store because they didnt deliver to the area where we were. I didnt mind at all calling another store. Their service was bound to be way better than this location. I work in the food service business and though I do understand that some customers are harder to deal with than others I would never behave this way to them. I believe that speaking to any and every customer with a polite and respectful tone will make any business process much more swift and simple. I did not find any good service during this call. I am not at all trying to tell others not to come here just because of my one bad experience, but I will certainly not be recommending this location.

The worst part about this location is the staff. We went there yesterday (9/10/15) and were greeted by an unprofessional attitude and careless demeanor. Regardless, we ordered a pizza and an 8 piece order of boneless wings. The staff member told us it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, so we left then came back a half hour later...when my boyfriend went in to get the order he ran back out to the car shortly after and told me to give him the receipt because when he went in there they told him that our order was already gone. So he showed the woman the receipt and she kept making "mmmm-hmmmm" noises (think Queen Latifah), then popped back into the kitchen and quickly coated some wings that had been sitting there in the mild buffalo sauce that we wanted - and then she threw cherry peppers and spinach on a cheese pizza that was already sitting there as well. The spinach and cherry peppers werent even baked into the pizza, they just sat loosely on top. The reason I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1 is because I think it is a relatively new location so Im giving the staff the benefit of the doubt in that theyre probably new employees. Also, the food, although not put together properly, tasted fine. This place just needs a manager to run harder quality control on employees and order awareness and it would be just fine.

I placed an order with this Pizza Hut tonight aside from the rude customer service I recieved from the woman on the phone, I waited 1 hour for them to tell me my card declined. After checking with my cardholder I noticed that there was an approved transaction from Pizza Hut but still my food wasnt delivered. After getting the busy signal from the actual number who called to tell me my card declined, I sat on hold with a call center for them to tell me my transaction went through and my order should be here soon. I believe I placed the order at approximately 7:00pm here it is 10:00pm and I still have yet to receive the comp meal they promised as a result of their error with my order. This being a local Pizza Hut I frequent sad to say but they will no longer recieve my business.

I ordered a carry out pizza. When I went to pick it up. They had burned it. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When the 2nd pizza came out I did a quick check and it looked ok in the store lighting. Brought it home and it was the wrong pizza and burned. Called customer service and waited 17 minutes to talk to a manager who could only offer store credit. Im not going back so I told her I wanted a refund. She told me she would have to email the Distict Manager and since its the Holiday weekend (Dec. 22) "Hopefully" I would hear back from him before the new year! UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I have ordered delivery from this location in the past and have had to wait over an hour both times. That is why I ordered carry out this time -the last time!

Ordered one, repeat ONE large 1 topping pizza for delivery and waited an hour for it (note: I live 3 blocks down but I have 3 small children so no way was I gonna carry out). Called them to check up what the hold up was and the lady told me shell get a manager to speak with me. They hung the phone up on me. Called again and a new lady said I only placed it 30 minutes ago and it will be ready in 20 minutes. I decided to call back and cancel it. They delivered it anyways and I caught a glimpse of a bent pizza box and told them I already canceled and was not going to pay for it. Sorry but Im not going to pay you for a pizza I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for, Ill take my business else where from now on and I recommend everyone else does too.
