The Only Stark
Well I was having a good time down in Minneapolis and wanted some pizza, so I looked on the desk of the hotel and seen this and figured Id try it. Well I was answer so rudely by a man on the phone to make my order and I work in food service industry awhile and I havent been treated so rudely in my life definitely will not recommend this to anyone or order from them again.

Ive been going to pizza man for years and love it. Tonight, i called up to order only to get put on hold then hung up on, i called back and was put on hold, then hung up on. I called back a third time and when asked if i could wait on hold i said, no. Only to be told that i had to wait because she was with a customer. Well, you just lost a customer.

Always have had great pizza and service...that is until New Years Eve....we ordered early (5PM) because we expected a long wait time, but even with an hour wait, we got a very cold and over cooked pizza. Not good. We would have rather waited another 15 minutes for hot pizza. But, other than that, the pizza/delivery has been great.

Ordered food on Saturday using their adverised coupon for 21.99 and was asked if I wanted to tip the driver for carry out I said $5 dollars would be fine and end up getting g charged $33.91
