The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly...however, over the past few months, it seems like the food quality has been suffering. I eat at this restaurant about two times a week and at different times throughout the month, and it seems like the food has been dried out or lacking flavor. I do get it to-go but I only live a few minutes away so I dont think thats the main reason. This is unfortunate because I love this place and the food but I dont like to spend money on food that I can barely eat when I get home. I have said something the last two times Ive stopped, but the only response I get is that the food is fresh and I can get a sauce cup if Id like...not really the answer I look for when Ive had close to 8-10meals that havent been satisfying. Hopefully it gets better soon!

I have been going to the Burnsville Leeann Chin for quite some time now, and have always been more than happy with the food. My biggest complaint is with the head manager at this particular location. He treats his employees like dirt. I had always noticed him rudely barking at the staff, but my last visit was the most shocking. A cook accidentally dropped a steel bowl which made a loud noise, but was otherwise not a big deal. The manager screamed at him that he was an idiot and humiliated him in front of the customers. So abusive and unprofessional. This did NOT leave me with a positive impression. Id much rather get lunch someplace else where the employees are treated with respect.

This Chin is usually run by a friendly group of Spanish-speaking employees. The food is great, and the portions are good. Around the holidays they typically run a bonus deal on gift cards, and if you sign up for their mobile rewards they text you a deal about once a month (usually something like buy an entree and a beverage and get a free entree). You dont typically have to wait very long.

I frequent this restaurant about twice per week. It is always clean. The service is quick, and rarely do they run out of any item the dining room is quite a bit larger than others. My only complaint is that on more than 2 occasions the fried chicken is still cold on the inside (it is precooked so it is not dangerous, only inconvenient and disappointing..

Im sitting here right now and paid $9 just for food no drink. Noodles are waaaay over cooked. I tried the house chicken and took one bite spit it out. The bourbon chicken tastes alright but it is cold. I have never had a problem Leann Chin but I have never ate at this burnsville location before. If I ever try it again I can guarantee it wont be here.

I really like this Leann Chin! Its rarely busy and it is really huge. I have only been here a couple of times, but its a long-time favorite with no complaints other than that they often close off the booth sections of the restaurant.

I paid like 12 for rice and chicken, it was so greasy I couldnt even get halfway through. I told management and they wouldnt even give me a little of their frozen yogurt to settle my stomach. Ended up throwing over half of it away.

Quick service. Fresh, flavorful food. Great for a quick lunch on the go! There is no table service, but there is a comfortable, clean dining area to relax while you eat. Also easy to pick up something to go.

Lol walked in and got to the counter the person behind the counter greeted me, asked what he could get for me then walked away. I left without ordering. Maybe learn how customer service works. Disgusted

Typical Chinese-American goopy-sauced food here. This location is clean and the staff are nice. The best part is the frozen yogurt they serve. OMG it is SO good!
