I had heard good things about this place, sadly I had an awful experience before I even got to try the food. I went online to the restaurants website. Immediately I was prompted to "order online" by a company called "Beyond Menu". I looked through the app and saw that everything matched up, Location, Hours, Menu, etc. I think proceeded to place my order as prompted to through the restaurants website, I paid $32.84 immediately through the website. About 5 minutes later I got a call from the restaurant telling me that they do not do business with beyond menu and will cancel my order but will take 2-3 days to return to my account, if I still want my order (which they received) I would have to pay.. So basically $32.84 of my money would be put in lingo because of a poor marketing deal on the restaurants behalf. Even worse was the fact that they transferred me to a woman, and then the "Manager" who seemed to think NOTHING WRONG WITH MY MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!! WANTING ME TO PAY AGAIN AND THEN WAIT 2-3 DAYS for the orignal payment via website of $32.84 o come back. After realizing that I was getting no where with the manager and any want at all to try their food, I ended the call. I asked the manager what he would do... if he went online.. went to a restaurants website.. ordered food, knowing none the less, as the site did not INDICATE ANYTHING ABOUT NOT ORDERING ONLINE -- (In fact it encouraged me to order drink, and leave tip!) ... then only to get a call from a restaurant.. telling you that you would get your money back in 2-3 days but would have to PAY AGAIN if you wanted your order?! That is stealing, that is shady business. I hung up and immediately put a stop payment on the order via my bank. Moral of the story for THANH VI Brooklyn Park, REGARDLESS - YOUR RESTAURANT is responsible for this error. It is and will never be the customers fault for your poor marketing choices. NOR IS IT THE CUSTOMER who unknowingly ordered in good faiths RESPONSIBILITY - TO CONTACT THE "ONLINE/APP" COMPANY YOU HAVE SOUR BUSINESS WITH TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. Sorry THANH VI- A good business would have apologized and been accountable for what had happened. .... IT WAS AN ISSUE BETWEEN YOUR BUSINESS AND THE ONLINE/APP vendor NOT THE CUSTOMER! An honest business would not have expected the customer to pay twice, nor would put the bare of liability AT ALL ON THE CUSTOMER. I have never experienced anything like this before, I am posting this here so folks do not make the same mistake I did.

I eat here a lot, but was disappointed with my server this time who was argumentative and questioned my quality of food when she witnessed I could barely get my fork through the walnut shrimp. Ive ordered before and was not fried to the point I couldnt chew nor get my fork through it. The manager gave me half off which was nice of him I guess, although I only ate half of one shrimp and asked that it be replaced with less cook time. I would usually give 5 stars to this place, Ive ate here over a 50 times. Usually the staff are really nice I give the waiter Today customer service skills 1 star she was rude. The manager 4 stars he was helpful but they still would not cook me fresh food that I had to pay half for. Also she did not even say thank you for the 5$ tip on a 15$ meal that she didnt deserve after her rude attitude.

I put in an order online for a bahn mi and ice coffee when I got there I specifically told the cashier what i had ordered and he told me my food was already packed and ready to go except for my drink so he pulls out pre-packed ice coffee from their fridge which was only 1/3 filled with coffee/condensed milk and he filled the rest with ice so basically im paying for ice which didnt bother me as much but what ticked me off was driving back to work and opening up my packed meal only to find out it was THE WRONG ORDER. All I got was soup and bread. I only get 30 minute break and going back wouldve used up my break time.

Great food, BAD service. Waited for 20 minutes for a server. Took 10 minutes for my pop to come... bubble tea didnt come out until my family was almost done eating. Our beverages were out and they didnt ask for refills we had to asked after waiting for awhile. And he only refilled one cup out of the 5 cups. Had to remind them for another bowl for our phó. Waited for 30 minutes for them to come back for us to ask them for a box. VERY DISAPPOINTED on their servers!!!!!! And there was only 2 other tables besides us. Like really??????

It is possible we hit the wrong time or they were short staffed, but after being seated, no one came to take any kind of order in 20 minutes. We decided to walk out and go to the Thai place just a few doors down. It was obviously popular as many families were here and there was a bunch of spilled food below our table. On the way out, the waitress who sat us said, "Who took your order?" -- I said No one and kept walking. We will try again some day and then I can update my review.

Ive ordered take-out from there a few times. Every time, theyre very friendly and the food comes out in less than the time they estimated... its not always the most dynamic food (a little bland, depending on what you order), but its of good quality and I recommend it to anyone... great affordable prices... nice, open, high-ceiling atmosphere inside makes me want to bring a group of friends there sometime...

Another great little Vietnamese place! The pho is nice, authentic, and herby, and their broken rice platter is so good, the grilled pork is packed full of flavorful goodness. While the decor and restaurant is pretty typical, simple and small, the service here is friendly and tries really hard to fulfill your requests. This is definitely a restaurant to add to my list of reccomendations!

The restaurant was busy but the service during that time was terrible. No courtesy at all. Food took extra long to come out and servers were sort of demanding. Ive eaten here before and understand it was busier than usual but that does not mean you sacrifice service by that much. Quick add-on I did see 2 other servers that actually smiled but the male server with glasses sucked.

I love this place. The egg rolls are like the best vietnamese egg rolls. The pho broth and noodle portion is great. I always have leftover for my little munckin the next day. Had the vietnamese sandwich and you cant go wrong there. I swear the meat is juicy, spicy, sweet and delicious. Will be returning.

Ordered food here through delivery service. The wait for food took forever, and but the food was good. I will order from here again. But next time I will know the wait is 1.5 hrs. One star for the long wait time, and 4.5 stars for food. I love authentic Viet food. Com tom was a great!!

Food is fantastic and portions are enough for 2 easily. We have only ever done takeout and it can be a little crazy there but worth it. The Vietnamese iced coffee as stated in other reviews was not the best deal but potent. Highly recommend for great food on a budget.
