We where seated then not acknowledged again for over 20 min. The people seated after us placed their order and received drinks right away. The waitress finally said hi then began to argue with the table6behind us. Then she started to take more orders from a table that she was already bringing out food too. We said something to her and she preceded to lecture us about who was first. This was now 30 min. later, we still have nothing, no drinks, nothing, so we left. Weve had that waitress before with a similar experience. We will NOT be back.

I have eaten there many times and the food is always great as well as the service. Sometimes like Sunday morning when they are overrun with customers it does get slowed down a bit, but the coffee is always hot and ready. Some who say the service is too slow perhaps are those few who are having a bad day. Perkins ALWAYS has great food and they ALWAYS have great coffee. Sometimes you just have to wait your turn behind the many others that also think Perkins is THE place to eat. IMHO :)

Food poisoning from the country steak and eggs at 9:00am thursday only thing ate all morning and afternoon felt stomach cramps within 45 min. Guessing the short order cook leaves the eggs out at room temperature all day near grill for convenience. Dennys is famous for this mistake dont eat there anymore. EGGS NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED WHEN NOT IN CONSTANT USE OR ON A ICE BATH BASIC 101 ON FOOD PREPERATION.NOTHING WORSE THEN STOMACH CRAMPS FOR 8 HOURS AND DIARRHEA

Very poor experience. Bit into my pancakes and thought I broke my tooth only to find I had just bitten into a bread wrapper plastic tie. I showed the waitress and she talked to the manager and took $5 off my meal. Pretty sad customer service. I would have thought they would at least take care of my meal. Wont revisit this Perkins. Please check your food if your going to eat here. Hate to have this happen to someone else.

The restaurant was beautiful and had a warm atmosphere. The food was delicious but the overall service was lacking. For one of our party members, it took much longer than the rest to receive only half his order. They had lost the other half of his order and had to be asked 3 times before it was finally served. I would recommend this restaurant but avoid peak hours.

Nice atmosphere. Family friendly. They have changed their menu. I was disappointed that the removed the French Dip. They have day and evening menus, even though many remember Perkins as Pancake House you wont see many pancakes on the evening menu, so ask for the breakfast menu. Im not sure why they are parting from their staple breakfasts.

Me and my friends are always up incredibly late on our days off. We come here at least once a week. The Overnight server, Ben, is and will always be the best server there ever was. He always makes the experience fun and enjoyable, and whats keeps us coming back. And of course, the food is great too.

Very disappointed when you walked in and your phone pops up that theyll give you $5 off your menu for visiting f the manager and they say no its not theirs but it gives you a map of the place and describes this place so thats what did not get my $5 off whats the use of your website very disappointed

Theres always something on the menu here to please everyone at reasonable prices. And the taste is reliable enough to come back again. Decor updated a few years ago. Seating capacity is high so when busy it may take longer to get service & food. But good all around choice for dining with family.

We had the ham and cheese fritatta and a special order of hamburger with leaf lettuce -- you wouldnt believe how many places cant do something so simple --and everything was perfect! Our waitress, Susan, was attentive and the place looked clean.

Well its Perkins so the food is always good. The service here sets it apart from other locations . Brooke has been our waitress several times and is always great. Friendly fast and attentive. The hostess always has a smile for my kids.

This location has always been good, probably one of the better Perkins that I have been to. This is my go to place for breakfast food late at night. We order to go typically and its ready fast - usually in under 15 min!

Prompt service, good food variety, at an affordable price. My girlfriend and I have breakfast here often. The pot of coffee provided is always fresh and hot. Get a rasberry muffin to finish, theyre very good.

i have loved Perkins no matter what. sure its a wait, but the food is worth it. i love their ham and cheese omelettes, with breakfast potatoes, and a chocolate shake which are huge!
