**DO NOT GO HERE** We pulled in at 745pm. They close at midnight. All of their sign lights were off. Do they want business? Ordered food and wanted a shake. Was told the machine was down for the night. Got up to the window, paid, and was told to pull around to wait for our food, which is completely around the building on the other side. There was no one else in the drive thru, so why did we have to have to pull around the building and wait in the parking lot, where there were no lights on. Waited over 10 minutes. No customers inside. No customers in the drive thru. The whole time there is an employee inside drinking a shake. This same employee comes outside, while still drinking the shake, to give us our food. She simply states, "is this your food?" Really??? The order was wrong, it was missing food, it had incorrect food in the bags, and the employees could not have cared. Oh and they reprinted my receipt so I couldnt fill out the corporate survey. They really do have it figured out how to not get business.....

The wait time is long, and the order is never right and never hot. The employees clearly dont want to be there. Theyre angry, rude, and never seem to have it together. After waiting for 10 minutes for my order, they forgot the cheese, forgot to charge me for the cheese, and after fixing it still charged me for the cheese, and charged me for an extra cheese I didnt recieve, all with attitude. Its not clean or organized, the back had dirty fry baskets sitting on a pale, there was candy on the counter. Not a good look. The saddest part is the complete lack of good customer service at every turn, even from management. Not even the slightest attempt at being pleasant. DONT GO THERE.

Okay at lunch time. For me in the narrow window i come through, it is perfectly fine; nothing wrong and nothing amazing. Nice to see a couple long term employees. Burger Kings in general seem to frequently forget the cheese on Rodeo Cheeseburgers, but this one hasnt missed once in the year Ive been coming here, so i go to this one of the two nearest me. Plus they honor the coupons from the phone app which brings the price down without having to carry coupons. They normally greet people, which is a positive. Opportunity for continuous improvement: instead of passive selling waiting for the order, sell it. Describe options and interact with the people.

Bad customer service. Slow workers. Order is always wrong. Workers take their time, even during a rush. No sense of urgency. Every single time I go, Im always disappointed. Nuggets were overcooked one time, no sauce for my nuggets the other time, also had a missing burger another time....smh. I tell them they forgot my sauce and they hand it to me with an attitude instead of apologizing. Never going back there. Always a disappointment. Needs to be more diverse too, reason why I think its so slow. Overall this is the worst bk Ive been to. People if you are reading this, go some place else to get food. This place sucks

Very poor customer service, not enough people working for dinner rush. Pop machine didnt work, no ice and two pop flavors also didnt work. The icee machine was not working. The smoke from the Grille was filling up inside the entire restaurant. We order our food to go, got home and was missing one of four sandwiches. The other three Sandwiches were cold, fries were hard and cold. When we went back the manager said she put the two whoppers in the bag. Really, she was working the drive thru and was not even near or filling orders for the front counter. We will never go to or recommend this Burger King......

To be completely honest, this has to be one of the worst burger king in America.Ordering the food is tedious, the employees are substandard and to top it off, the orders are always messed up. My order gets messed up about 60% of the time that i go there. Whether its forgetting cheese and mayo on my whopper or ONION RINGS in my order of FRIES. Save your money and go to a different burger king. I am never stepping foot at this place. This place will go out of business very soon if they do not FIRE their current LACKLUSTER EMPLOYEES and reconfigure operations.

So bad its funny! Seriously after you eventually get your food, it is worth the REALLY long wait because the angry commentary coming from everyone going through the line and waiting is funny. One guy in his 80s finally started telling THEM which numbers were served already and which were still waiting! And he was right on which was eventually proved when they did a reciept check of the people waiting.

Food was at least hot. But slow and order was messed up. I only order 2 things. And a pop. And there was no other customers anywhere. Apparently people must read the reviews and avoid at all cost. Rudely greeted and spoken to over speaker. And then employees yelling at each other as I waited for my food at the drive through window which was open.

Apparently counting the six items in an order is a difficulty for those working at Burger King, so Ill make sure they can count the number of stars in this review. Additionally, it took the register employee quite some time to notice the line of people waiting to order. Facebook posts are obviously more important than ones job.

once a year I go back and try this place... Like the chain or at least I used too. But today was a cold breakfast sandwich, just warm hash brown bites, and a soda with a loose cap. Plus I paid about a buck more than the place across the parking lot.. Oh well try again next year sometime I guess, holding out hope.

Waited 15 minutes for no food, asked for refund, manager said food was ready and I could have food and refund for the wait. Gave me refund and walked away without giving me any of my order. Didnt expect it but if you offer it you should follow through. Terrible location and dirty as well.

I wish I could give it no stars but lets just say I would rather go to mcdonalds next door and I dont even eat mcdonalds so thats saying alot.....not to metion being harassed isnt fun when Im sitting there trying to get my food it is so nasty and dirty and you get sick from the food

People are leaving the drive thru line behind me. So far ive been here 15 minutes and have gotten my drink. The lady inside cant remember if i got my food or not. Its now 20 minutes and shes still looking for my cheese burgers. I cant tell if theyre incompetent or if its closed.

The morning orders have been fine, but everything else has warranted sloppy service and inconsistent order deliveries. I mean, if I only order 3 individual items, Id assume theyd be correct?! Here, they generally are not.

New Bacon mushroom swiss king (burger) was pretty good & definitely filling (with sm fries). Would have given 4 stars.but manager gave my husband a big attitude for almost 5 mins when he asked question about recipient

The dinning room was extremely dirty, tons of flys buzzing around. The cashier looked like shed rather be doing something else. No pleasant greetings from anyone! Horrible experience never going here again!
