The security guard their was walking behind me in the store when I dropped my money he picked it up and went and bought stuff he was in line in front of me paying for his stuff when I noticed that I dropped my money he turned and said to me oh you dropped this and handed me the money that was in his hand I counted the money and it wasnt all their I called for their manager and explained to him what happened and he was basically was like I believe my employ if he says he handed you all of the money then he did I repeatedly asked for them to review the and they refused I called the Brooklyn Center Police and they informed me that their was nothing they can do unless the manger was willing to show them the types SMH this is the worst Cub Foods when it comes to customer care

Kind of an old run down grocery store. You might as well go to the huge $100 million Walmart on shingle creek, because the prices there are much lower. For example.. frozen dinners that cost $2.50 at walmart are priced $3.99 at this cub, fruit snacks that cost $4 at Walmart cost $5.15 at this cub, etc. The prices at this grocery store are rape. This cub seems to be a popular spot for the elderly to go shopping. If youre old this might be a great spot to find some new elderly friends. Theres also some guy that stands by the carts and pulls a cart out for you (probably for the elderly). The only reason I went here was because I was graced with a $25 gift certificate.

I really enjoy shopping at this Cub Store. The store manager, Steve, is the best store manager I have had the privilege to meet and know for many years. During Christmas last year, he personally helped customers bagged their groceries and he personally said Thank You to each customer. Steve and staff run one of the best food stores I have had the pleasure to shop for my groceries. Steve is a very hands on store manager. Steve is on the floor stocking shelves and assisting his valued customers. Best selection, price and service in the Brooklyn Center area. Staff is always available to assist their valued customers.

Shopping was okay. Two sale items advertised had empty shelves. This isnt uncommon. Checkout took an extra 10 min while customer ahead claimed product was posted at 6.99/ib but charged 8.99/lb. Cashier called for assistance but counter was 20 feet away so I checked and customer right. Label said 6.99. When he got answer on phone, they said 8.99. I vouched but still had to wait for a manager to check. We werent lying or scamming (Cub was) and I didnt even know this customer. A few dimes off one item was worth that?

If youre going to close early (observance for a national/federal holiday), thats one thing. But please. Have the decensy to post your holiday hours either on the door or on your website. Not everyone celebrates Christmas nor are they rocket scientists to know what time you close & lock your doors on Christmas Eve by placing a cashier standing outside by the exit doors, informing patients that youre closed for the day. This was at 4:30 pm on 12/24/16. Wheres the honesty and integrity in that?? (-________-)

For at least the third time in the last few months someone at this Cub has gone above and beyond trying to help me find something or find a replacement for something. Today a guy checked the shelf and saw my item was out, checked in the back and opened a box on the palette and tracked me down to get me my item. Thats why I shop at this Cub.

Dont go to this grocery store, if you want to call it that. Go to another cub foods. This place probably wont have ANY specialty ingredients you need and often wont have obvious things either. Go down the road save yourself the frustration. Theres another cub a few exits South on highway 100, or better yet, a Lunds a few exits South of that.

This is our neighborhood store and for the most part its pretty nice. Its very clean and the employees are nice. My main complaint is the parking lot early in the morning. It is often littered with carts that limit where you are able to park. I have brought it to their attention a few times and the situation hasnt really improved.

One of the worst Cubs around. Smokers by the doors and panhandlers in the parking lot and now inside too! The staff is good and try to keep it nice but its just creepy in there.

Went to buy 25cent doughnuts at 10:30 am Saturday. was told "there arent any". I asked why and was told they sold 5000 yesterday and there is no one here to make them. Poor!
