Rude I hope that the people at perkins read this and take some notes next time customer comes into your establishment make sure that the waiter knows what hes doing and does so in a unbaised manner. Upon entering we were kindly greeted and seated we thought this was going to be a great experience but then we ordered and immediately after our food arrived so did the check and im not joking the entire feel was that we were being rushed out I watched 3 other people being served and neither of them received a check with their meal. In my opinion this is rude plz next time allow us to eat/relax before you shove us out the door were paying customers with a child and had a long journey back to chicago we just wanted some good breakfast and a min to prepare for our trip...and as far as the food bacon was good biscuits ok eggs disgusting obviously powedered ours looked like paper rolled up. Give the food 2 stars similar to ihop or dennys nothing special but as far as the staff RUDE!!! Wont be returning

Ok, so it started out good, but then the waitress stop coming by the table, she put the bill on the table, didnt ask me if I wanted to order anything else, then came back to the table and said you know you pay me when you are ready,. So I told her that I know that but I was not done putting in my order, I wanted something else, so I asked for pie, and she brought me the wrong pie back and, said it is ok she will just eat it, her name was Tonya. I am not happy with the service I received this morning, it is really sad when you are the person that gives good tips, and because of your skin color you are not treated right. Tonya, not cool by any means at all. I did not get an apology, or anything. Some one really need to talk to her about how to wait on customers. I usually would have snapped, but I am working on me, so God can do the rest.

Perkins is as Perkins does. There is a full spectrum of Perkinses here in MN. Ive seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. (For example, the one up on university Ave just over the border into St Paul. Terrible. Both the food and the service and the management) This Perkins here is currently the nicest one in the metro area Ive been to. Its rather large. Has a nice old school charm. The bakery is slightly bigger than others Ive been to. Service has always been acceptable to great. And the food is always good. Well, as good as youd expect from a Dennys or Perkins class restaurant.

Great manager makes the place run efficiently. Best perkins. Place is clean. Staff are polite, and rather fast. Food is good for the most part. They use cotton seed oil rather than olive or real butter. All is good in moderation, it is said. BUT not "COTTON SEED OIL". Our body is not made for cotton seeds. We wear cotton. Not consume it. It is re-engineered they say. The food has a bad taste because of it. Yuk.... Ask for food cooked in real butter. They will cook it in real butter. Food will taste great . Hmm..m. Then the food is "Real good".

Horrible service. First the waitress switched my cheese on my omelet to sliced cheese from shredded with out saying anything, then the manager trys to claim thats how the omlets come now. Once they finally got that right I sat with an empty cup the entire time I ate my meal! Not to mention that its 11:30 at night on a Wednesday. I am a bloomington resident and have been my entire life. Perkins has been a place my family and I vist almost religiously. Sad to say I will no longer be bringing my buisness to the Perkins on this side of town.

Awful experience at this location. I will never eat there again. Im sure they dont care though, they dont care about anything. They didnt care to have me wait 15 minutes for a table that I could see was already open. They didnt care that when I ordered, my plate it was so small I thought it was an appetizer considering I order double on an item. Was offered no compensation of any kind. Waitress was kind, only redeeming quality and wasnt her fault.

I ordered a classic hamburger for to go today, and unfortunately the quality of it was so low. First of all, they forgot to put pickles and red onions in it. Secondly, cheese was so melted that didnt stay on the hamburger and was poured out of the container. Also, two small pieces of tomato on a piece of old lettuce didnt help to make dish acceptable. In summary, I dont recommend you to order hamburger to go in this place.

This is the hands down, the best Perkins around. They tend to get busy but thats because of the prime location. The service is always good, and the food is always good. Ive been to plenty of other Perkins restaurants and they dont have the same vibe or even as close to as good of food or service even though it should technically be the same everywhere haha. Come to this location, you wont be disappointed.

If youre in Minneapolis and you need to meet someone for business, chances are its at a Perkins. I dont know how many meetings Ive had at Perkins, but the staff is always friendly and never pushes you out, and gives you space when you need it. The food is also always good. This Perkins is easy to get to right off the highway and is great.

Perkins was very busy that night. Or I should say the staff was very busy, as they were down one or two. Our server handled our order with aplomb and even had time for my quirky humor. We enjoyed our ribs and hamburger and shared a dessert for two. Next time I stay at the Holiday Inn Express by the airport I will return to Perkins!

This is the best Perkins. The level of service and the efficiency of the staff makes the experience very nice. It was Saturday morning and it was extremely busy, but the waitress managed to serve all of her guests with such a positive attitude! Will definately go back again to visit.

The food is above average. Staff is hit or miss in my dozen or two visits. Breakfast is typically very busy. Parking during breakfast can be difficult. I suggest arriving before seven or after ten if you want to get breakfast at this Perkins location.

Majority of the staff were Wonderful! Food has gone down in quality since the last time I was there. We were on what I believe is the "family" side and it was soo loud I could barely hear, yet there were only 5 tables seated :/

Bright and clean. Great comfort food with very capable servers that are proactive anticipating your needs. Crowded at dinner but always get a seat and quick food prep. Never a bad choice! Especially if your a dessert nut.

The wait staff here is hit or miss. Sometimes theyre great, other times they are inattentive, forgetful, and in one instance they let the phone ring for over 20min before another customer finally answered it.

Decent breakfast. Graveyard specials. Open 24 hours. Food is average. Bakery items are tempting, but I did not sample any on this trip. Breakfast time is busy w locals and business travelers.
