Been to this location on several occasions, no issues UNTIL tonight! Ordered online, done this many times, this time I had a mishap/issue with the ordering process, picked up order, got home, a $6.99 combo bowl wasnt how I expected it, as per the photo online. Long story short, spiced cinnamon apples and juice ended up on top of and infused into mac & cheese with chicken on top in a bowl. Obviously this wasnt how anyone would expect it. Called the location, Manager Jermaine was rude, condescending, interrupted and talked over me pretty much the whole conversation. All I wanted was to get a $6.99 order that was palatable, as apple slices with juice mixed with mac & cheese was not. He kept repeating that that is what I had ordered, period. As I told him, right or wrong, I am a regular customer, spend plenty of money there on family sized orders and I just want a bowl with what was in the photo online, potatoes, corn chicken and gravy. He repeated for the 5th or 6th time, "That was how you ordered it." I told him I was becoming angry, he then said youll have to talk with The GM tomorrow and then abruptly hung up on me. ALL DONE with that place!! Well after I go and let the GM know how I feel of course.

Employees go out of their way to assist. the only complaint that I have is the benches are very warn and uncomfortable and its really cold in there all the time in the winter. You can not take off your coat. I dont want to eat in my coat incase I spill something on it. Its freezing and I have noticed other people keep their coats on.

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that this location has really went down hill. They mix water in the mac n cheese, serve burned potatoes, and are rude when politely told about the sub par food. A lot of us have to work 2 jobs to make it through life and this place doesnt deserve our hard earned cash.

The wife and I moved into are new to us, condo the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Daughters came to town to help and enjoy the holladay. Enter Boston Market. (Thankfully) The store provided are family with all the fixings necessary to enjoy the Thanksgiving meal, even without counter tops.

They have a very nice selection of foods to choose from. From chicken to meatloaf. Sandwiches to family meals. If you go on a weekday you usually get a coupon for Saturday for buy one get one free with the purchase of a large drink. Thats an awesome coupon.

This place is horribly run, and they are frequently out of menu mainstays. The manager does not seem bothered by any of this. We generally drive to Canton, 15 minutes further, to avoid this location.
