Very slow, poor customer service! My daughter and her friend were excited to use their Starbucks gift cards and were told that they werent accepting any gift cards that day. I dont see any exclusions or blackout dates on the cards. Luckily I was nearby as they are too young to have a credit card.

Was just turned away from Starbucks because the barista said she had too many orders before mine. Ha! Somehow two baristas were able to handle Black Friday traffic at Somersets Macys. Customer service at its best.

This is by far the most slowest location I have been to. It literally took 30 mins for my one drink. I will never come back to this location. Very disappointed
