EVERY.. EVERY... EVERY TIME...we go there they NEVER have extra crispy chicken or if they do its only maybe two or three pieces that r ready. Why cant u get it together????? U know its lunch/dinner time, WHATS UP REALLY?!! It seems like every time there is least 2-3 things we have to wait for. ..WHY??!!!! To top it off they act like ur inconveniencing them with our order. In a worry but isnt that what ur there for...js

On vandyke and lozier has the worst customer service and its not very clean, soda pop was flat and there very unfriendly, I said something about how wonderful the 8mile location near hoover is Im only stopping there from now on I will ride past there location every time customer service is important, they dont think so.

This location always messes up my order last time I went I asked for wedges instead of coleslaw and they made me pull forward in the drive thru and said wedges will take 6 mins and I wated and they came out the door and when I got home o did not have wedges I had slaw.

Went here around 2 in the afternoon and youd think the food was fresh. No it was old, dried up and disgusting. The biscuits were brick hard. My family wont be eating here anymore
