Ive been to the eureka Popeyes like 4-5 times and my previous visits have been fine. This past visit 7/30 was one of the worst possible customer service Ive ever experienced. It took 30 minutes to take my order. Then an additional 15 minutes to fill my order. I got a number 7 combo, 5 pc tender w/ a biscuit fries and a drink. One of the smallest and simplest orders and yet I had to wait for 3 separate orders of the 20$ meal deal which consisted of a 10pc 5 biscuits, 2 sides and 2 drinks all served before mine. Was asked 3 times what I had ordered and was never even given a receipt. After all the waiting of a total of 50 minutes, sit down and find out I didnt get a buiscut and was shorted a tender. I dont understand. There was only 3 people working so I am sure if there were more people that it would of turned out better, but these people besides the manager sucked, and she even couldnt keep it all together. Thank you for taking the time to read, I used to love coming to this location, had fun, are good food and good service, but man. This visit makes me never wanna eat at Popeyes again.

the last time I came here I waited 30 min for my food. I was the only customer in the drive thru. They had me pull over to a spot and wait... 30 min in a drive thru restaurant.. ridiculous. I went there again right now 1 car ahead of me ordering... I waited 10 min for them to finish taking his order, not a huge order. The guy peeled off in frustration as she SLOWLY started to read back his order that she took 10 minutes taking! I pull up, she starts to take my order then says hold on, 10 min later she tells me there is a wait on chicken... really? And u dont even know what kind of chicken Im even ordering! Theres a wait on ALL the types of chicken u serve? What is going on with this location! Im NEVER going back.

Comfort Food,,, Naked Chicken LOVE Crispy,,, Crunchy Battered LOVE Yes the ad says it all the Best of both Worlds,,,, deep fried to perfection shrimp along with amazing chicken strips a box loaded with fries and a super flaky biscuit just squeeze a pack of honey on it along with a soft drinks all this for only 6 bucks,,,yep I be back for more. Some amazing new dipping sauces with me favorite being the Mardi Gras Mustard and stone ground type with super flavor. Also the Naked Chicken is all white meat so moist and wrapped in a yellow flour tortilla,,,, yep those are really great.

3 stars because i love their food. problem is....THE STAFF BLOWS. No one can count to 10 let alone do more than 1 thing at a time. Its ridiculous that every single time you pull in there are 2 cars waiting on the road for their food to be made. They never give you your full order either so you are forced to triple check your change and order before you leave. They can barely work the drive thru microphone. So much bullshit to deal with but mashed potatoes to die for.(probably boxed but great)

I arrived at Popeyes at 10:00 and when i pulled up to the intercom to order my food in the drive thru there was no one there to take my order its like they turned the intercom off so i pulled up to the window and the lady that was at the window had a nasty attitude. I waited to get my food for almost an hour. When she finally gave me my food she didnt say have a good night or anything she just gave me my food and walked away and she didnt even give me a receipt. Very bad service.

Whoever is saying great service at Popeyes is a big fat liar!! Popeyes has the worst customer service! Im surprised this place is still open, I went there yesterday and my freshly cooked apples pies took a total of 20 minutes.. there hand made tenders I appreciate them not being pumped with poison but they are a bit tough and overpriced.. and I agree with everyone saying your wait time is nonsense!! They need a better class of people to run this place

The service is very slow my chicken was burnt the manager said she will replace my order but when I went back to get my food she didnt have my name in the book so they didnt give me everything the manager said she would give me plus I was there for about 20 minutes poor poor service I will never go to this Popeyes ever again and will not recommend it to anyone

Went though drive thru, after waiting for more than 20 minutes parked. Got home and the whole order was wrong. Call and asked for manager, girl hung up the phone,kept calling no answer. Call next day manager said ok,what do you want me to do. No more of this nasty place for me

The food quality here is a solid step down from rival KFC. A good friend of mine also went here recently and said that the woman at the drive-thru pickup window completely forgot what he had ordered! Epic fail! Looks like I wont be coming here anytime soon.

One star because I cant give zero. This location consistently gets our orders wrong and today we spent five minutes in the drive through waiting to have our order taken. Nobody even acknowledged that we had pulled up at all. We ended up leaving.

Chicken is good but every time I order an 8 piece mixed they want to give 3 or more legs because theres not enough cooked chicken ready. The one time I called to complain I was told the chicken is priced by weight. I just gave up why bother.

They stole my debit card information I had to talk to the manager, she reimburst me just for there drive through employee to continue to use my card at Mc Donalds till I finally had to cancel my card and do a fraud report, never again.
