Maybe this place was just having a bad day, they seemed to be understaffed, but still no excuse to screw up my order as bad as they did, and they still didnt get it right when I told them! I had 3 meals and an order of HOT wings. None of the meals came out correctly and were missing sides, the wings were BBQ, and each time I went to fix something I would come back to my table to have someone notice someone else was missing something. It got to the point I didnt even want to deal with the hassle of going to the front!! I might give them another shot, but theres many other places in town Id go to over this one.

Paid for Large (8pc) biscuit, was given 2, argued about my large biscuits with cashier. Had to explain that they did in fact sell such a thing and I paid for it. Get the cold food home only to find under cooked everything. Not to mention the slowest kfc in the world. They were all talking and taking their time during the dinner shift. Am I mistaken for thinking that should be the most profitable hours for the company. Very disappointed in how much I paid verses what I got. Safe to assume management to blame for not holding employees accountable. As of 6/26/15 they lost my family as customers.

A little slow, and the portion sizes are a little small. The beverage fountain is perpetually a mess. The floor under the booths is also on the dirty side. And its almost amusing how they always ask you when you make your order what dipping sauce you want, then never actually give it to you until you remind them. Otherwise, pretty good. I really like the buffalo dipping sauce you can get to go with the chicken, and I also like the soft, chewy cookies.

Okay where to start? Obscenely long wait time in drive-thru. Cold food when I finally got it. Employees were rude and didnt say a single word to me the entire time. I asked for a biscuit instead of cole slaw and he said he couldnt find the button so I had to get something else?? Then I get home and they gave me 0 sauces when I had asked for 6, and also gave me no silverware. Worst KFC (and probably worst restaurant in general) Ive ever been to.

. The food taste old only thing that taste fresh was the biscuit The tables are dirty the floor is sticky the seats were dirty,the employees stand around talking to each other when they should be cleaning,was there about 30 minutes no one attempted to clean any tables we clean our own with baby wipes

Food was poor, the girls working talked none stop and very loud. Might just be the evening shift but Ill think twice before eating inside here again. Im better off going thru the drive thru. To top it off they mopped right next to me with a stinky mop..dinner was over half way done.
