I have honestly never been mad enough to write a negative review anywhere but this place definitely pushed me over the edge. I dont think Ive been to KFC in 10 years and decided to check it out. I tried to order a bucket of 8 original legs (Its literally the first thing on the menu), and the person taking my order could not figure it out. I spent a solid 5 minutes reading the menu back to her until i was confident she had my order right. Well... It still wasnt right. I spent 24 dollars and not one item was right.. Ill never waste my money here again.

They will forget to give you your sauces often, including forgetting to give you your honey for your biscuits. often they are out of honey mustered and do charge extra for extra sauces which can really be upsetting when you do pay for extra sauces and they forget to give you your sauces all together. Food always tastes good, but service can sometimes be slow but they always remember to ask if Id like to get the extra side for an extra penny.

My friend carried out two of the best KFC lunches we ever had. The breasts were the largest, the moistest and the tenderest we ever enjoyed. The side items of cole slaw, green beans and mashed potatoes were as awesomely delicious as the chicken entree. Slowest "Fast Food" ever! Last 2 times that I have gone through the drive thru had to left. Last time I was the only car in the drive thru and was told to wait, which I did for 5 minutes and left. The 2 cars that were behind me also left. They literally attend one person at a time. So they take the order of one car and do not take the order of the next car until they serve the food to the first car. No sense at all.

Waited in line for a long time but this place is slower than a homeless man at a buffet. Update: came back today to get chicken and there are people here that have waited for over an hour. Slow. The cashier Zahkia is not even apologizing or saying anything for the wait. Not friendly. Everyone is taking their time, going real slow

The customer service is awesome! They never forget anything and they are always friendly. The major downfall if this place is the building. Several of the buisness around are getting refurbished, and this building needs one. Floor is always sticky and the overall feel of the place is not present. KFC, update your building.

well i first go thru the drive thru and i have to keep repeating my order 5 times and they still got it wrong so i go back to get the other item they forgot and i have famous bowl with no corn witch i cant eat im already home really kfc hire new staff this is not the first time this happen

Closing time is 10pm on a Friday night. At 9:40pm, I pull in the drive thru and learn that "KFC" has no dark meat chicken, no wings, no mashed potato, no corn. If youre going to stop making food at a certain time... then you should close at that time.
