Worst service ever.. i called in advance Because last time they were out of chicken.. go figure.. tonight I called and everything seemed good.i pull up around 9 and order a couple meals.. each order had two sides.. after ordering mash potatoes and fries, the lady agrees, the second order was fries and red beans, the cashier gets an attitude and says all we have is red beans and rice and mash potatoes.. I said well you just said you had fries.. she gets an even worse attitude and says " I said mash potatoes and red beans" at that point I drove off and drove to the next Popeyes and had excellent service.. please fire the cashier who was working from 830-930 taking orders.. I work in retail and that was horrible.. I will never come there again.. she sucked!!!!!!!!!

Not only rude but slow. First we walk in and what looked like that manager had his back turned to us on his phone. Its dinner time make sure you guys have enough food!! And dont tell all the customers that order chicken yourenot going to have any left after they order. Me and my mother went there in mothers day and orderd 5 meals with a few extra sides the lady taking our order says "man youre gonna kill us" after we came in they started to get a little busy. Employees came in for their shift and just stood there talking while the rest were trying (not very hard) to get everyones food together. When we got home about 40 mins later , as expected not everything was in the bag. Never again will we go there.

I went to purchase a 16 piece spicy chicken box at this location and had to wait 30 minutes because they did not have any more spicy chicken. I have ordered the chickens at 1pm and finally received the food at 1:30pm. I have gone to this location three times and had to wait 20-30 minutes to get my food when it was not busy. Another experience I had at this location was that they shut off their stoves one hour before closing time and I had to wait about 35 minutes. I have gone to other Popeyes in Michigan and Illinois with excellent service. I do not recommend going to this location.

This place has the worst service. We got to the drive thru window and the girl who took our order was very rude. She kept cutting us off as we were ordering. Then we get to the window and she tries handing us the wrong order. Finally get the correct order come home to eat and the cabin rice looked green and the chicken was so rubbery. Only good thing here is the biscuits. If you actually want some good chicken I suggest going to chicken shack.

Rude staff food horrible gave me and my family food poisoning recently 4/22/2017 food not cooked properly and or cooking oil not changed regularly if you love your stomach andand your family stay far away from this Popeyes they are going to kill someone with the lack of proper food prep the only reason I gave it a star is because you have to Reese it something

The food was good, I ordered a chicken strip combo....but the person had a bad attitude. I asked a couple of questions and it sounded like I was imposing on her day. Maybe they need to train their employees on good customer service. I felt that they didnt really need my business.... but again, at least my order came out correctly and the food was hot and fresh.

Service sucks. I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes abs when i pulled around to window, i was asked how much my order was. I said they should be telling me that. They then asked what i ordered. I couldnt believe after 15 minutes, they hadnt even started it or knew what i ordered. There were only 2 cars in drivethru!!

Whoever worked 12-1-16 night is lazy and rude. I came at 10 pm and was told no shrimp or fries cause the fryer was off cause they close at 11. So you turn it off and hour early? Pure laziness,fryers should not be off over an hour before you close. Get new employees and management,they are making you lose money.

Start time 10:00 am, it is past 11:00 am and they are still not open. Worker comes to door saying they havent even started to stoves yet and it will take an hour to warm up. I dont know who the owner is but I wount put up with this.
