Ordered extra crispy 5 dollar meal. It would be an 8 minute wait. I said original would be fine. They gave me an extra piece of chicken for my inconvenience. Apologized. Employee kept coming to the tables and asking people if they needed drink refills. Took their trays when people were done. Asked if they needed anything else What great customer service!!!! Exemplary service! I was having a bad experience with customer service a store and this was awesome!!!!!!

They cant get your simple orders correct at all... 11 out of 12 visits, they messed up our orders or didnt complete them. And one of those was a simple large drink that wasnt supposed to have ice, but did. How hard is it for these idiots to fulfill orders? Aparently too hard, since they are consistently screwing things up. My visits to that store is now through. Ill just spend my money on cains, churchs, popeyes, or even kroger or meijer chicken instead.

The service was HORRIBLE. The cashier couldnt take our order by herself. We werent given cups for our drinks. We didnt receive our entire order. I stood at the counter for over five minutes and was ignored while other people received their orders. Finally the manager inquired and before I could even explaining the multitude of problems he handed me my missing items and said, "next"! Do yourself a favor and dont bother coming here.

Two managers in this store insulted and degraded my wife because she refused to swipe our credit card a 2ND time for a $35 charge after it supposedly did not go through. She called our credit company and the already had 2 charges for $35, and they insisted she had to swipe again. When she refused they demanded she leave the store. There must be a scam of some kind going on in this store. Avoid and beware!!

Best KFC/LJS EVER!!! They have great service, super super friendly!! I had to wait a couple minutes for my shrimp, so they had me pull around to the front. The guy told me he gave me a couple extra shrimp for waiting. This pregnant lady was extremely happy. :) The food was super fresh and delicious!!!

In the numerous times Ive been to this location, they have yet to get an order correct. They have, however, always been helpful/friendly about fixing the order afterwards.... just be sure to check that you get the right food before driving off!

Manager Eric Fey is an excellent man in this position. He always inquires into how my day is going. Additionally, general manager Levi Breunig is right on top of things, keeping the restaurant clean and cozy. I highly recommend this KFC/LJS.

The service on my recent visit here was excellent. The cashier named Eric was so polite, helpful and courteous. This has been the most pleasant fast food experience I have had in my life. My order was correct and my food was hot and good

For some reason, this KFC has higher prices than any other Ive visited in the central Ohio area - and I mean as much as $2 more for some combo meals. The food was OK, but nothing made up for the extra charge.

Typical atmosphere of fast food. Food was very hot and fresh. Service was excellent, greeted as soon as I entered and fast service. A difficult adjustment for the biscuits since they got rid of the jelly.
