I am stuck using this location because it is the only game in town and they have NEVER made my pizza as ordered. I would strongly urge you to stay away from this location if at all possible. If I didnt live so close to it I would never go there again. This doesnt even take into account the terrible customer service and bad attitude the employees have.

Very poor service , I always order online to show them what i order but they always make wrong pizza and we have to wait for another 20 mins for my original order and staff is so rude and shows attitude and never accept their mistakes. I would never order anything from this pizza hut.

Anytime you got the wrong ethnicity preparing a certain ethnic food problems are bound to arise, a little side note: there are no italianos working in the back and this not being Italy you should know you take what you get or simply go somewhere else, capish?

The pizza here is always good, but that wait time needs to improve. You call in a pizza and get there when you think it should be done, and it is still not ready. But they do say all good things come to those who wait.

Only Pizza Hut in town. Service is lacking which loses a star in my book. Quality is as expected of a chain pizza joint. Nothing really spectacular but in a town such as Hampton its your only option.

Even with all the fancy pizza places out on the lake, you still cant find a better pizza place in Greene County than pizza hut. The pizza always tastes great and the services is always good.

Very slow service. Currently sitting here and its took 30+ minutes just to be served drinks AFTER ordering them. The staff is friendly enough but it doesnt make up for the long wait times.
