I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars. The experience from last night wasnt even an experience, it was disheartening to say the least. Having a reservation for a party of 25 made days in advance and confirming it hours before hand, my family and myself expected to have a wonderful dining time before I flew back home to Tampa. Sadly, the "manager" Victor who knows nothing about even managing his look, professionalism or personal hygiene, allowed rookie mistakes to ruin everything for more than half of my family members in attendance. There was a complete misunderstanding amongst Victors staff as to whom our server was going to be and who would be assisting him/her which resulted in half of the table receiving their food and finishing their meal before the other half received their food. Victor stated to myself(Whom was paying for everything), and my uncle who originally asked to speak to a manager, that it was solely the fault and responsibility of the server who originally started with us and that she was most likely going to be fired. When he stated this to me, it was mentioned that he should be the one fired, not her. His total disregard to own the situation as well as attempting to right the wrong was a slap to the face of not just me or my uncle, but my entire family. No, no one starved to death but with it taking only 10 minutes for half of the table to receive their food and then the other half not receiving their meals until almost an additional 35 minutes had passed and those who had received their food in a timely fashion had already finished eating, it made for very awkward table setting/conversation and a a very more awkward Christmas dinner with my family. Victor should be terminated. Hands down. Not just because of this instance, but because of his total disregard for everything that matters in the restaurant industry with the title of manager. No manager should ever blame their staff, not apologize for the staff messing up and not come to a real and reasonable solution. Not a single person in our party of 22 will return to any of the restaurants owned and operated by this company ever again and we will be sure to tell the world about the terrible management staff who failed to manage.

So the last few times i have been here food has been cold and service is super slow i went a few days ago my kids and i sat at a table for 20 minutes until i went back up to the front and told her no one brought us chips or took our drink orders can you please relocate so she does closer to the bar area wait another 15 minutes so at this point my children say mom i dont know why you wanted to come here they are like this everytime the bar tender over hears us talking and goes to tell our waitress that her customers are getting upset for no service still 10 mims later i tell the kids lets go the manager stops us and says heres you waitress now so i give them the benefit of the dought we order are food my daughter got wings and they gave her burritos then my son ordered hard tacos they give him soft then takes the burritos back and brings her wings so she comes idk maybe 15 mins into the kids eating and says everything ok i asked when my food would be ready she said ohh what did you order cheese enchiladas? I dont know how she even screwed up on the damn order she repeated it back to us then when i got my food it was cold i packed our food up and walked to the front and you know the manager didnt even ask how was everything 35.00 bucks for 1 adult 2 kids and horrible service this will be my very last time spending a dime in this place if they continue to be this horrible to their customers they will shut down in no time save your money and go some where else my kids and i never ate the food its still in boxes in the fridge i will be throwing it out today and i feel like i just threw that money in the trash

Just went tonight with a couple friends; the waitress was fine at first, but when our food came out she had screwed up the orders and gave me beef instead of chicken. When she came back to ask if everything was okay and we pointed out that I had ordered chicken and received beef, she argued with me that I said beef. I dont eat beef! I told her that one of the other girls had ordered beef, but I asked for chicken. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, she blamed me and said that I had whispered my order so it wasnt her fault she couldnt hear me, then asked if I wanted chicken instead. I was so surprised at how rude she got, I couldnt even answer her. My friend said that would be great, so the waitress took the plate and left. She came back shortly with the correct order. When the check came, she looked at me and said that she should have charged me for two of the meals since I changed my mind once I received the food, but she was only charging me for one. This was the worst service Ive ever received anywhere, hands down. We didnt want to cause a scene, but Im calling in the morning to speak to a manager. What kind of places blames you for their mistakes? I dont often review places online but Im still so angry about the attitude she gave me. Ive never had bad service here before, but this was enough to turn me off of the restaurant for good.

FROM LOVE TO HATE.... Totally Disappointed with the Women owner .. Never coming back to that place. We go there 2 times a week for years... Until today Apr 25th, 17. We ordered fajitas combo (keep in mind that we order the same almost every time) and when I added the guacamole to my food it tested and smelled like CLEANER!!..I tried again .. same thing; I got the waitress attention (she is super nice) and she when and spoke with the Staff and come back stating that they didnt smelled nothing so we requested to speak with the same person (THAT IS THE OWNER (WOMEN)), she comes to our table and said that is IMPOSSIBLE (which nothing is IMPOSSIBLE) I explained her that we dont want nothing for free and we go there often so we just wanted to make sure they check everything. her response was aggressive and rude; In short words she accused us of LYING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!... I couldve fine If she could said that they will make sure it will not happen again but SHE DID NOT!! There is no way you can check food, forks, plates in minutes so in another words she didnt do her job, she treated us horrible. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME COMPLAINING BECAUSE THE WOMEN OWNER DOESNT CARE.

Short version: Dirty ; Rude clueless staff ; Over-priced food and drinks. The long version: Went in around 5pm, the place was rather empty. Saw a "half-price happy hour drinks" ad on the table, ordered a drink, then a couple minutes later the waitress came back and said they dont do happy hour on Fridays. Tried to order an entree minus onions, but the cooks refused because they were already in the sauce they used ...(OK, but perhaps they could have offered some sort of accommodation instead of just a refusal). Ordered a simple hamburger and fries. Food was ok, but took pretty long for such a simple order in an empty place. Sat with an empty glass for quite a while even tho my waitress had ONE table to serve. (Was it the cooks that took a long time to make the order, or the lazy waitress to bring it out?). Expressed my concerns to the manager, who just proceeded to talk over me and argue about how long I had to wait. (And apparently it was MY fault because I drank my first drink too fast). Its like, Im so sorry if I interrupted their time for relaxation with my business... wont happen again.
