Absolute WORST customer service. Went to dine in on my hour lunch break and was unable to get my food. My co worker and I ordered off the 10 minute lunch menu and were in the restaurant a total of 73 MINUTES!!! The timer had went off and I had spoken to the waitress and manager about the the wait!! At this point we had to ask for our food to be put in a box. Another 24 minutes went by and they are still boxing the food up! We then speak to the manager STEVEN JOHNSON! He has obviously had no manager experience and he was extremely rude. Needless to say we left with no food and exceeded our lunch break time! POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS BEST!!! I was among this group as well for a going away lunch for our fellow co-worker. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had to leave without my food and was late getting back to work also.

I love me some hot wings. I mean like going to the restroom after my meal to wash my face so my wife will walk near me on the way out. And Buffalo Wild Wings has got that chicken kickin! Ok, they specialize in chicken. So its expected to be good. But youre gonna be depressed when you have to leave and may even consider snagging a wing off some inattentive customers plate on the way out just so you can prolong the joy. Theyve got a happenin casual environment with super friendly staff who really know their sauce! And I love how, with such a vast number of favors, theyre arranged on the menu to give you a good idea of how hot theyll be. Flavor descriptions included. Also a great spot for catching big games and UFC matches.

This was my first time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was certainly impressed. The wings were absolutely delicious. I ordered the Lemon pepper and honey bbq wings and they were cooked to perfection. The restaurant also had a very nice, modern atmosphere, including electrical outlets at each booth that also had a usb wall outlet for phone charging. A very nice touch! The food was fairly expensive, but over all, it was well worth it and I will certainly be returning!

WORST KITCHEN MANAGER Steven Johnson Ive ever met. He was very rude and said they didnt have time to set the table timers today because they only had 2 cooks in the kitchen. Our food NEVER came out. We were there for 1 hour 30 minutes waiting on food. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! He should be FIRED!!!! The server, China was not nice at all and unapologetic. STEVEN & CHINA

This has been my second time coming here and the first time was not so good I thought the second would be a little better. The food is not prepared well at all. My server was ok no complaint on his end, but this is my last time coming. My wings came to me looking sick lol. Who only cook their wings for six minutes...never again!

Decent place to grab a beer, and the staff was very nice and welcoming and thats it. Do not order anything but wings in this place. Your better off eating a TV dinner it is really bad! Cant believe they can get away with selling that Garbage felt like I was robbed without a gun!

The place was horrible had to sit and wait for 45 effing minutes for a basket of wings for TAKEOUT wasnt even trying to sit and eat and the servers run past without acknowledging you when you try to get there attention and its over crowded and smells like something burnt
