This location is usually fine if you go early in the day. However by the time early dinner comes around they take forever to make your food and always seem to be out of some sort of bread. Every time Ive gone theyve either been out of the sandwich bread, bread bowl, or baguettes. I get that things like that happen occasionally, but every single time isnt okay. I dont understand how a Panera bread can always be low on bread. The last few times weve ordered rapid pickup its taken forever and the order has been wrong, I seriously sat there a full 45 minutes after pick up time once. They also need to figure out what they are doing with their pagers and put up a sign. First time I used the kiosk the woman got all huffy because I was waiting at the pick up location for the food to finish, which Ive always done at any other location. She told me they bring the food to our tables now. So when I went back a month later I waited at the table, as I was instructed to last time. After waiting a while, I went up and found my food had been just sitting there. This location really needs to learn some organizational skills. Order more bread and figure out a strategy to make the food quicker. The food is great, but the experience at this location is too much of a hassle. Itd be less stressful to just drive down the street to Birmingham and deal with parking.

Not too busy when I came in on a Sunday morning. But I was taken care of pretty well. The wait on the other hand. I was 3rd in line. Took about 25 minutes to get my food. Ive worked at a Panera before in Auburn Hills and speed and quality was never an issue there. At the Cooliage location on the other hand. I have to wait 4 times longer than any other location Ive ever been to. I was here also a week ago for two bagels and one was toasted and sliced. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Please pick up the speed. I love coming to Panera but I cannot wait all day when I am on break to get my food

I had a horrible experience, first time. Ordered my food was give one of those vibrating things but was told to have a seat and they would bring my food to me. Order at 8 and 830 rolls around and no food. Went up there and my food is sitting on the counter. When I said something about it they said they were waiting for to come and get it and couldnt understand what happened. They offer to heat up my now luke warm dinner. And the croutons in my tomato soup were made with rye bread. I have never been so disappointed with panera before as I was tonight.

This is now the third time my take-out order was missing something!! This is completely ridiculous. My favorite is calling the store to tell them and they act like theyre doing me a favor by crediting my card? Shouldnt that be a given? Not that I want free stuff but at least the offer would be nice to know you want to keep my business. So went back here again and waited 12 minutes for oatmeal and a bagel. It was 10 oclock in the morning with maybe 8 customers throughout the entire restaurant. 3 people received their food that came in after me.

Dear Panera; If you have a TIME LIMIT for computers from 11:30-2, you need to make this known! I was shut down in the middle of online school and told I could not log back on. I had planned on sitting for a bit and enjoying lunch in the not busy Panera, but since I could not continue my online class, I refused to eat there. I now have to go back and redo an assignment. You lost my business, and will in the future. PLEASE TELL CUSTOMERS THAT YOU HAVE A TIME LIMIT.

I am a kind of a Panera mania, and I highly recommend this store compared to the other Panera stores. This store is comfortable to stay in (in terms of floor plan, room temperature etc.), and the staff is friendly and polite. I believe their employee education is pretty good since long-time employees are more friendly and polite while newer employees are good enough. I like the other Panera Breads too, but this store is Panera with gold crown.

The employees need to be more attentive to the customers! Even though theres a lot of them, theyre all too focused on whats going on behind the counter, practically ignoring the customer in front of them and it takes a while to catch their attention or for one of them to come to the register. This is very annoying and is a huge time waster for the customer especially. Ill be going to a different location.

Caty the girl at register is the worst. She ignored us when we walked up to her register because there was a line to the other register. Fine I say, lets get in that line. Then when I am next in line she doesnt call next, she lets the next two people who walk up to her register order. Way to be awesome Caty. Keep striving for mediocrity I know one day youll get there!

Good food for a quick bite, also a great meeting place with friends. Coffee is better than Starbucks. Update 01/14/2017: for the first time service today was not very good, it was slow, some bagels were squashed and the server dumped a dozen bagels straight in a paper bag, no napkins. Not reviewing the 5 star rating right now but I will update soon if necessary.

Awful, just awful. I stopped frequenting this location because of the wait times. Today I decided to go back and I regret it. Unfriendly staff, and the first bite of my sandwich has a dead fruit fly. The bread is stiff and dry like its been sitting out all day, and the pickle looks like they found it on the floor under the counter. Never again.

The food and service is always great. I find it hard to believe the review regarding food poisoning. The only knock I have against this location regards the cleanliness of the dining facilities in the evening. Not sure if they cant staff it enough or if the place gets so busy they cant keep up...either way, it usually has us ordering to go.

Tried to call in an order, due to not having access to online at the time! I was told by the person who answered that they could not take my order, I had to do it online.....I explained I did not have internet access. She still refused to help me. Amazing how the world is letting technology take over & humans cant help humans anymore!

Seems like this particular Panera Bread Cafe is understaffed and inefficient. Very often they are out of certain bread or coffee. It is also not very clean. During my last couple of visits, while waiting for my order I looked over the counter and the sight of the meal preparation area grossed me out.

This is a pretty cool Panera. They have all the same stuff as other Panera Bread restaurants and a couple extra nice touches. They have an option to order at the kiosk and sometimes the servers bring the food to your table if you have the buzzer laying next to the plaque on the table.
