Just went up there tonight, 6/16/16 and a man (Stephen H or Steve H I really wish I remembered his name) in the electronic/gaming department gave me the best experience I honestly have ever had, having worked retail myself this says a lot. But he was very informative and friendly. I went into the store very upset with a purchase I made earlier that day from another gaming store not too far from there with a controller that I spent more than an hour trying to sync up with no avail. When I went there I was trying to get the older model that I knew worked and had a usb charger for and wanted to get it again but they dont sell that model anymore apparently. After he approached me and I told him what was going on he asked some questions to try to narrow down what the problem could have been. He didnt even pressure me into buying it which I had full intention to do anyways to at least give it one more chance. When I went home it worked as soon as I turned it on. Thanks to this man Im going to continue to shop at this meijers and not buy anymore gaming equipment from that other store (which today I felt like they just wanted me to get my stuff and get out as soon as possible and almost felt unwanted to be in there). I have never actually wrote a review before but that guy left a big impression on me enough to write one.

The night-shift attendants are ridiculous, racist, very rude and disrespectful. They were staring me down after I already cashed out a full cart at $280 and then another smaller cart for $40. I forgot to get plastic cups, forks, spoons, and plates and went back to get them. As I was cashing those out on the self checkout, I saw some mandarins that I liked and wanted so I set them on the bagging area before scanning them because I did not want to carry it in my hand and thats when the system froze up and I called attendant and she gave me attitude and told me, you did not scan those mandarins yet and started yelling like I was about to steal them. Worst experience ever, never start setting foot in any meijer ever again. This never had happened nor would happen at a Walmart!

I shopped for organic fruits and veggies. I learned tgat organic product can be found in any section I visited that had a browm orgamic sign on the edge of the section. They have a good selection of about everything for organic. Prices were okay but I believe organic is too costly and that may be a marketing problem for us. Im not too much of an experinced shopper but I believe I can fill my fridge with $100 of organic fruits and veggies that should last a good 1-2 weeks for a four person family, in this store. At night my experince was smooth. I hope Meijer looks more into investing in its own brand name products. Id recommend this place of needed.

11:30 at night and the only register open is the "you scan." Its bad enough they dont have an actual register open, but we went in there to buy cold medicine for our 11 month old son, and when the machine stopped us to show ID there wasnt a cashier there to clear the code to let us check out, so I walked over to a group of employees talking and I asked for help. They told Me they werent cashiers and the lady who was working the "You scan" left to find something. The reason Im so pissed is because Ive never had bad service at Meijer before and this was the WORST kind of service at the WORST time for us. I will avoid this Meijer in the future.

Today Saturday August 12, 2017. It is 12:08 am been in the check out lane for a good 20 minutes. Only one self checkout station open with 6 registers and lane #12. The lines are all the way to the beer and wine aisle. No help on the floor. This is outrageous and ridiculous. If you cant afford to have more cashiers why bother stay open during night. No matter what time it is this store never have enough cashiers. Its 11:15 pm. Only line 12 is open and self checkout. Lines are too long and not enough help. To be honest! The only reason Im shopping here is coz this store is the only 24 hour store near me.

At 6:30 am no real registers are open, only self checkout. There is always a line for the "we dont care about our customers" registers, while employees stand around in groups laughing and socializing. On the way out I told the group of 3 employees who were talking to each other they needed to open some registers and one of the wonderful customer oriented folks a sarcastically wished me a good day and laughed it off. If it was a one time thing, okay, but this sort of thing happens all the time. The customer service in this store is awful.

This particular store has a lot of what youll need however, expect to wait in line for a while. Every time I would go, I would have to wait at least 30-40 minutes (there have been times when I had to wait an hour) to checkout.. Ive been trying to find times where its less busy but have come to the conclusion that the checkout times are best during nights and mornings. If you do your weekly grocery shopping here once a week, my advice is to go somewhere else with less waiting times.

This store is in a really convenient location, and it fools me every time when I stop. This store is in very poor condition, it is dirty and poorly maintained. The shelves are very unorganized and it is hard to find what you need. Expect to spend at least a half waiting in line in the checkout. The few registers that are open dont work properly. My impression is that the managers here just dont care. Ill choose a different Meijer store or Kroger form now on.

Talk about disgusting! I saw boxes and carts of ICE CREAM AND WHOLE CHICKENS sitting in 2 seperate isles with no worker around. I intentionally stayed in the store for about an hour and when i left... they were still sitting in the middle of the isle. This IS NOT the first time i have witnessed this, and i will be contacting the health department. I also strongly urge ALL readers of this review to never purchase food from this store!

Its Meijer. Typical huge big box store but there are a few local products and names brands that I like to purchase. The lines were 2 people deep which I thought was odd for the time of day I went. I dont use the self service check out at Meijer because something usually goes wrong and I have to wait for the service worker to assist the check out process. I like being able to shop for a clothing item while picking up pet food.

Love the produce here. I love the clean organised store. I like the sales they have. I wish all things were marked clearly. Hate the pharmacy it is the worst. They screw up so much stuff I cant stand it. They tell me I have no refills when I do. They call me to get my scripts when they are not there. They make you wait FOREVER to pick up scripts. I could go on but I wont. They lost you the 5 star rating meijer.
