Bad customer service ( they are rude and ignore the customer. Last time i visited, they asked me if i want the pies hot or cold 3 times, every time i say cold, finally he decided to ignore me and heated up the pies and put them in plastic bag ). Over priced compare to any arabic store in the area, specially as it is ramadan, they abusing their prices. Kibba usually under $1 here it was more, pies from the baker next to them is as cheap as $1 each. I bought the taboula from the Deli near by, double the quantity for less. Believe it or not the taste is not better here, they getting sloppy like it doesnt matter what we do customer have to shove it and eat here ( I dont ), i visited a week ago around 7 pm ( they claim to open 24 hours ), they had few pies, and said they dont make food now ? If you want to get a better quality food, simply go any other deli or restaurant in the area, they have better food for less

I have been eating here for over 20 years! Back when I worked near here. I still drive across town to dine here. The food is always fresh and excellent!!! A great value for your money! They have many choices, lots of great food that you dont typically find in a lot of restaurants. The service is always friendly and helpful. Even when it is crowded, you never wait long. It is a self service style, with lots of tables to relax and enjoy your meal. We often get large orders for parties at home, and everyone loves it! I can recommend New Yasmeen to all my friends, confident they will enjoy it!

You all say the food is good , youre right it is good. But the thing you need to know is who makes the food, how Is the environment in the kitchen. I have worked there and they would offer me free food but I never ate there. Why? 1 - the cooks use the bathroom and never wash there hands. 2- they would pick the food off the dirty floor and place it back in the container. 3- they smoke while cooking 4- and its all dirty and nasty the décor and food looks good, but take a look inside the kitchen and let me know what comes on your mind.

I grew up in Dearborn and frequented this bakery among all others BUT.... its not the same as it once was years ago. the meat and spinach pies have one third the filling with no pinenuts of any other bakery. the fried kibbeh balls are smaller and they also stopped adding the traditional pine nuts, instead i found 1 or 2 burnt almond slivers in a complete dozen. the deserts are from Canada and seem dry and flaky. I will never go back there again even after 15 years of frequenting this place!!!

Bad customer service. The staff are rode and do not respect their customers. There is one guy at the cashier register, who every time I hand him the money, he he does not seem to put any efforts to hand me my invoice, rather, he throws it on the desk. I agree 110% with the previous comment "staff seem to be moody so some days they are nice, but most days they have the attitude that says Im too cool to be working here. So we stopped coming here. "

The food is good, but not any different than the many bakeries in Dearborn. So bakeries stand out from one another through ambiance and service. The store has a polished and clean decor, so the place has a modern preppy feel to it. However, the staff seem to be moody so some days they are nice, but most days they have the attitude that says Im too cool to be working here. So we stopped coming here.

Ive been coming to this place regularly for a while, and I love it! Relatively inexpensive, yet authentic and genuinely delicious. One time they accidentally gave me chicken shawarma instead of beef. With any other place, I would have taken it back, but this was honestly one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. This place is truly a jewel of Dearborn

Awesome place for a quick and easy deli-style lunch, or grabbing food to go. Its a full deli serving sides and shawarma, its also a bakery with all sorts of spinach & meat pies with different kinds of breads. On the other side is a huge dessert case with all sorts of magnificent treats to try.

The Arabic bakery standard for generations. Enjoy their fresh thin pita. Or visit their small grocery store and sweets market. Or go down to the other side and enjoy the restaurant, with fresh baked pastries, cooked delicacies, and shawarma and other sandwiches. Abundant parking out back.

New Yasmeen Bakery has an outstanding selection of hot food options, freshly made juices, sweets, and baked goods to name a few. My favorite thing to order is their veggie malfouf and veggie grape leaves. Ask for them heated and you can eat them there.

I used to go here for lunch all the time, the dude that makes the sandwiches just doesnt take the time anymore. They are delivered to you split down the sides, and cold. They used to grill each sandwich to slightly toasted, not so much anymore.

The name of the bakery is so special and interesting. I first tasted their pita bread at one of lebanese friends house; since then I always drive down there to buy their bread and middle eastern foods. They make the best pita bread ever!!!

Great food & bakery selection, authentic arabic food. Cafeteria like atmosphere is ideal if youre in a time crunch for a quick lunch. Recommend their schwarma sandwiches, not so much their fattoush salad. Very reasonable prices.

I keep coming back to New Yasmeen and for a reason! The deli selection is great for lunch time, the bakery items are mouth watering, and the quality of the food is amazing for a low price. I will continue to be a customer!

Best bakery in Dearborn ever! Really good shawarmas and kibbeh! This place is really popular and sells a wide variety of things. Dont listen to the bad reviews, theyre just people having a bad day or simply being jealous.

I have to say this place has been here for over 20 years and the quality has not changed. Superb food, superb service, and variety of foods to choose from. Not to mention the best pita bread available.
