Ordered the 4 pc Catfish dinner along with other items, carry out. Drove up there, paid, picked up, got home. Sat down to eat, found out theres only 2 pieces of catfish. Tried to call & was put on hold. Drove up there & made it before they picked up the phone. When I stated the issue, they said thats how it comes because the pieces used to be smaller. Problem is: menu says 4 PIECE. When I called to order, I said 4 PIECE dinner & when I picked up, no one informed me. Im 9 months pregnant & this was SO inconvenient for me. This was also my first time ordering from Websters. I gave 2 stars because the staff was extremely apologetic & states that theyve told the owner to correct this. I told them they should tell people when they order.

This place is no good, dont waste your time. First off they didnt even give me my side of mac-n-cheese I ordered. And also one of my egg rolls wasnt even rolled all the way and barley stuffed (it looked smashed), the ribs where dry cold and fatty along with my "jumbo" shrimp that was cold dry and more bread then shrimp. If I could give this place negative stars i would, I wont even be going back to get my mac-n-cheese they forgot because Im sure that would have been horrible also. Worst $40 I ever spent.

We had horable experiences twice both times our pizzas was messed up. But this last time it wsz sovbad we ended up giving it to the dogs. It was so over coomed it was burnt. The crust was harder than toast. We had called the store amd was told they could do nothing about it. This will be the last mistake they make for use cause we will not be back. What a waist of our money!!

When the ownership changed so did everything thing else for the worse. I have finally given up on going here and hopeing they have got back to the quality they once where but this last time sealed the deal. Smaller portions, over priced they dont even put your total on the receipt, thats bad. So sad and disappointed

This used to be a fantastic place to get rib kabobs but it really isnt anymore. Not sure what happened but the food is undercooked, sloppy and the place needs a good cleaning. What a shame. Hope the new ppl get it together and return it to what it was.

My experience was better than good! Customer service and hospitality warmed this out of towner before the Rib Kabobs took over my craving for BBQ. My flight crew and I will be back for more. Thanks for having different sauces for us picky eaters. Bonita

Always order here but today the rib kebabs had barley any meat and were burnt it was nasty but this has only happened once if it happens again I wont be ordering there again !

Like a rollercoaster sumtimes it the best BBQ around, then theres the times I throw out most my food, kick it up a notch. Would still recommend if you get your consistency back.

First time here had the ribs and they were really good.The second time I had the pizza and it was horrible. Stick to anything besides the pizza and youll enjoy it. Rib tips yum

Wont go back. Fatty rib tips. Unexplained extra charges on bill. Fries come with the meal but they charge for ketchup!!!

Dont actually stay open as late as they say. If your open until 10pm, keep you equipment on until 10pm.
