I am an american disabled vet of the U S Marine Corp I went to eat lunch with my registered service dog I was denied entry and service because of my service dog and my disability I was called a liar and disgraced in front of outher customers and told I am not allowed in his restaurant due to the fact I have a bad attitude go figure. An American disabled Marine Corp vet with a service dog not allowed in a restaurant called hereo s So I went one block west to Kennedys restaurant and was welcome with open arms thanked for my service and.both service dog and myself are welcome anytime To all service and military go to Kennedys where you are appreciate d and thanked and not to made a fool of the food is better less expensive the staff is great. Better food better service better people. Isnt that what your looking. Who wants to eat around snobs and assholes ?

the service was ok but the food wasnt so great. toss salad wasnt crisped. spaghetti was over priced for such a small portion (i thought i had ordered from the weight watchers menu). it was too plain and could use more salt and black pepper. it also lacked presentation. instead of just a bowl (cereal size) of spaghetti noodle in meat sauce, they could have served it on a plate with garlic bread and parmesan cheese. my sons (3 years old) hotdog and fries from the kids menu had more food. my husband ordered ribs. that was the best from the three dishes but it wasnt great. we still left a decent tip but they definitely need to improve on their cooking skills. we paid $40 for lunch. i rather spend $40 or less, at applebees. first and last time for us at Heroes.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! What has happened to customer service.We went for my nieces 30th birthday . It was an awful experience. We made a reservation for 16 initially. 2 weeks priority tonight(11/3). The reserivation was changed to 20. The initial part of the group was seated. At that time they were told that there were not enough seats. Then the manger/owner came over and told us that we could not have any more seats he had other parties coming in. He was rude from the moment he walked over to the table. To go into more detail would take a while. I personally have patronized this establishment longer than my niece has been alive. I am saddened by the poor display of customer service. He screamed PAY YOUR BILL. as if we wouldnt.

Heroes for me is like Cheers was to Norman. Everyone knows your name. And the food is good too! Ive gone there several times over the last 15 years and have never had a bad meal. The hamburgers, planked white fish, pasta dishes, and shrimp are excellent. In fact, if Im in the section of my "usual" waitstaff person, Christy, I know everything will be served quickly with no mistakes made. Christy is friendly but does her job in a professional manner. I enjoy chitchatting with her when I visit Heroes which I will be doing again in the future. Recommended!!!

Dont bother! Went there for lunch and ordered bbq ribs and chicken. First hint of things to come was the tiny dinner salad they brought out; when the food came I took a bite of the ribs and they were cold; as in out of the refrigerator cold.......chicken the same way..... Immediately said something and was told do you want us to warm it up? WTH?!? Why wasnt it even cooked in the first place?? I have had leftovers that were better than this......and they had the nerve to charge me $3 for the salad!!!!! Terrible place and I told them so. Never again!!

Had lunch with my father here and was impressed by the friendliness of wait staff and the service was on point. Food was delicious and the owner came around to introduce himself and checked to make sure that we were pleased with our lunch and the service. Definitely will return again for lunch.

Ive been coming here for years, great place, good food, kind staff. They forgot to put chicken on my salad as a carry out (no big deal) and handled the situation fantastic, great customer service. Always recommend my co-workers now come here too.

Food and drinks are always top notch here. The bartenders make good drinks and are pretty outgoing and engage well with the customers. Heroes is usually quite busy so if youre looking for a quieter experience avoid the usual 4-8pm times.
