When I first moved to Southfield 7 years ago, my cousin introduced me to Cold Stone I never had it and decided to give it a try it sounded really good, it was really good my first time having it. Then I went back everything was still good, alot of different flavored ice creams, toppings more choices, and more happier people working there. Now its soo slow and so hot in there What happened to the air? Short staff, barely any ice cream and its melting. Sad its going down hill at this location Ill find another Cold stone to attend to. My advice to them is to hire more vaule workers , keep restock and air conditioning.

This place is filthy!!!!! They made me wait forever while they played on their phones and talked to coworkers. Then gave me a free scoop of icecream to make up for it, it was all over the outside of the container spilling everywhere. They didnt have my cake order that I paid for online. When I asked to confirm my cake order they wrote it down and refused to comply with options I selected online like sprinkles and a topper. The womans pen died while taking my order and told me shed remember the rest of my order and didnt write the rest down.

Worst cold stone I have ever been to. Poorly managed. They run out of the same items every day. I dont understand how. If you make 5 today and run out then tomorrow you make six and so on. They dont hold true to their hours of operation. One friday they close at 10 the next at 9 and a few times its been before then. I can walk there from my home but choose to drive to the Ferndale location for better service. And nights at this place are terrible. Employees are lazy and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to another.

I walked in at 10:15 door open, customers still sitting down, still at the cashier and they said they were closed. They looked at each other and laughed and then said they were definitely closed starting to give attitude. The manager gave me free ice cream vouchers the next day, but I didnt even want them at this point. Very unprofessional and rude.

I absolutely HATE coming to this location....the A/C has been down since the summer and they never have any ice cream after 6pm. I feel so sorry for the people working here, whomever owns this location needs to do better. This location makes a pint of ice cream from the gas station 5 star. Smh

The service was TERRIBLE! Talking about customers in front of customers, dirty prep area, nats flying around the food, and then having to wait until employees are finished with their sidebar conversation before being serviced. I will never spend my money at this location again.

Worst cold stone EVER!! Unprofessional employees all the way down to management. I wish I could rate it a zero. The only person working was Tameka, who seemed to be irritated and busy. No one was helping her. There were only 2 of us in line and it took 25 minutes.

Theyre always out of something usually almost everything no bananas no ice cream no strawberries and what really blew me was they are combined with Tim Horton and have a drive thru for Tim Hortons only you have to go in for the ice cream just dumb as hell

Ice cream was good but the service from a particular employee was very of puting. Very rude and extremely sarcastic and it shows that my patronage is not necessary. I and my family will not be going back to this establishment any time soon.

Just left. Their air conditioner broke and they kept serving mint and coffee ice cream in a hot hot store. Poor workers. I feel so sorry for the workers who are forced to work in that heat. Shame.

Came in with a group of 6 people around lunch. No line. Took 20 minutes to get anything for 2 people. Rest of us gave up. Also bathroom looked worse than anything Ive seen in a very long time.

Hot as ever in there ... Didnt have multiple ice cream flavors such as vanilla and Strawberry. And the ice cream they did have was melting SMH. Wont be going back
